This location has improved immensely over the last 5 years. Mistakes can happen but the employees and manager work quickly to fix any problems that arise. Food is normally hot and fresh. Over the last 10 visits I have only had one problem and that was a mistake of how many patties they placed on my burger.
Overall carls junior remains top of its class along side mcdonalds for freshness and flavor.

I just want to give a shout out to deborah, she went above and above and above and beyond for me today! She was kind and thoughtful and patience and helped out the customer and me and I just want her to get a big credit from her higher-ups because it is so hard to find great customer service in this day and age, it's hard to work in customer service and be great in the state age and she is doing it! This location in particular is one of my favorite places to take the kids. The play place here is nice. Pretty big and is clean. Also I can see in from the dining area. The restaurant, including bathrooms, is always clean and pleasant. The staff here is excellent. I have never had an issue with my order, and the couple times I've seen/heard people...
