Chicago Connection - Nampa 12th Ave

This restaurant is delightful. The place is clean. The pizza is deep dish but with a very light crust, so it is not heavy on the stomach. There are cool retro Chicago posters on the wall. Server Angie is super professional.

The last time I ordered from this pizza place it took almost 2 hours to deliver the pizza. It’s been a while so I thought I would try again and yes -again, almost 2 hours and my pizza was burnt. I ordered sides of ranch of which I didn’t get and I didn’t get my money back. This will be the last time I order from this place. For those of you who do venture out to order from this place, make sure you order 2 to 3 hours in advance to get your pizza on time and hopefully it won’t be burnt and …..you’ll get everything you ordered. Ordered a take out 1/2 and 1/2 speciality, and cheese bread. Never had food so greasy. Nauseating! Sad I spent $30 and it was straight out of the oven at home less than 10 minutes.

I’m not trying to be rude but this is honestly the worst pizza I have ever had in the valley. I’d rather eat little Cesar’s. Our pizzas were under baked and had a mushy texture. Pizzas had waaayyy too much cheese. Toppings tasted like they were on a frozen pizza, and the dough had no flavor. And the dough is what makes a Chicago style pizza. My wing order that costed 13 dollars came with 6 wings. That’s about 2 dollars a wing! This place is extremely over priced for the quality you get. The only thing good was the service and the garlic bread. Highly do NOT recommend. This place needs to learn how to make a pizza badly.

We ordered tonight. I was told that a lb of wings could have 4-5 wings which there was, so I orders 2 lbs. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and so was the delivery driver, but you would think that if they were deep fried they would have been crispy. The skin was very fatty almost to the point of not being done. I am never one to complain or return food but we could not eat them. You would do better to get smaller ones and get them crispy. Thank you

I placed a call for pickup tonight and the lady on the phone seemed really rude and I had asked for tomato slices on the side and when I got home the tomatoes they gave me were very white and dry and some were all mushed up and we got the end peices of the tomatoes where does that seem OK to give to customers absolutely terrible

First trip to Chicago Connection. This Double Pepperoni was great. Had to cut it when we got home though...? Great first run as far as I'm concerned. **UPDATE** ...and thanks for responding to my review, and now I totally get why it was uncut. Makes perfect sense. We will definitely be back...

If I could leave 0 stars I would placed an order and the guy took really long taking my order and read my address back to me and told me it'd be an hour to an hour 15 minutes after 2 hours I call back and they said they had no deliveries to my address very unhappy will never go back

The girl managers are so rude to there employees and it’s not even funny hire some actually good managers for once. Stop hiring 16 year olds dude and actually stop firing the good managers for once and Lorena actually how about she gets fired cus the stuff there doing to there employees are disrespectful and disgusting ?
