5 STARS for their 5 Star Pizza! First time eating at a Chicago Connection Pizza Restaurant and it was quite delicious! We had a combo pizza and we found the garlic chicken pizza to be a little too chewy. Their CRUST is fabulous!!! Mason provided excellent service!! ✨ Thank you!!

Chicago connection has been in the treasure valley for over 30 years. There used to be quite a bit of competition, and the pizza market, Chicago connection is the only one left standing, that is even worth mentioning. The reason for that is because Chicago connection does in fact have the best pizza in the treasure valley. If you have never tried, do.
I requested this pizza to be delivered at 730pm and was told that would be fine. I wasn't going to be home until 730 , neither was the hubs. As it turned out the pizza was delivered at 7pm, and just happened that hubs got home much sooner than expected so the pizza was recvd. I called the manager to advise of the early delivery, that I had mentioned no one was going to be home until 730 and he jumped on me asking why I was mad that it was delivered early. The manager did nothing to try and remedy the situation. Yes, the pizza was ok , bit since the service was at a poor level, I doubt we will be back for some time.

Got a pizza for take out and was extremely disappointed literally open the box and this is what I saw when I got home, when I had arrived to pick it up at the restaurant they had taken it straight out the oven and wasn’t in a Box yet so when I was already there they boxed it most likely dropped it and still had the audacity to gave it to me with a smile on their face, pizza wasn’t even fully cut as well spent 20$ this is something you’d expect at little ceasers thanks Chicago I just go to papa johns instead

I ordered online, paid a 3 dollar fee, 4.75 delivery charge and a 3.50 tip. Told it would be delivered at 1230. Called at 1240 and was told we had three orders within a half hour but we will be there soon. 45 minutes after the delivery time due, we got our cold pizza, our cold cheese bread and cold, and I might add HORRIBLE CINNAMON STICKS. Never again!!!

We love the lasagna pie and get one to share once in awhile. This time we ordered bread sticks with it and they were burnt and really salty! Won't be ordering those again. Highly recommend the lasagna pie!
Chicago Connection Pizza is considered a treat in our house, however, on this latest online order I had requested the pizza uncut as it stays warmer longer when uncut. Hubby was not going to be home right away. Also, normally the delivery time is about 55 minutes. So about 70 minutes later and no pizza I called the store. I was advised that the delivery driver left 19 mins ago and I was the first on his list. WOW! That was surprising as I live about 5 minutes away if that. I received my pizza, which by the way was delish! My complaint is the length of time for delivery and my pizza was cut, which was not what I ordered. Here is hoping the next order is better.
