I live in Caldwell and this is my closest chick-fil-a. My family and I eat here every once in a while, maybe once a month. Tonight is the third time in a row we didn’t get our whole order. Wasn’t a big issue before because we were eating there. Well tonight we took it to go. Drove the 15+ minutes home to find my daughter’s chicken strips missing. For the third time in a row we have had our order messed up and shorted. All I can say is check your food before you leave because it seems to be a pattern.
I came when they opened, I placed a mobile order 2 yogurt parfaits and a large sweet tea . Paid for them online . They took over 10 minutes just to get those items

Pretty dirty in there today, I can kind of get it due to the amount of people, but. Also the server handed us our drinks covered in soda so that was a sticky experience. The chicken is about $1 a nugg now, wow! The chicken strips are always good!

I miss this Chick-fil-A so much! They really have spoiled my family and I! I just recently moved to FL and realized I did not know how good I had it. Wish I had given you all a review everyday, your fries are always perfect, did not realize they could be so overdone until moving down to FL. They customer service is fantastic, I miss seeing the people in Idaho. And they are always fast and efficient. Man I miss this store!
