The food was fresh and the girl behind the counter and working the drive thru were absolute sweethearts..they fixed my gubhub order that never came..the store however was filthy..food crumbs on every table ,floor hadnt been mopped in days..napkins laying all over the floor..it was obvious they needed way more help in the store..will I be back.. absolutely..the kindness and attention from the girls on my wife's order made it worth it..great job ladies.

Service is dependent on who is working, sometimes there is no sense of urgency or if there is it's so sloppy you won't want to eat the food they're preparing there is no in between at this location. It's always busy and they seem to have high turnover. I've seen some stuff while they're preparing burritos that if it was 10 years ago I'd make a scene and possibly make them cry but I'm reformed and now I just say thank you and complain to...

I've never been a big fan of Chipotle, but my wife loves it. I think you pay a bit much for the amount of food you get, but the food you get tastes great.Service at this location is usually great. Sometimes they run out of ingredients still early in the evenings. One time they were out of cheese. I told them they could walk across the street to WinCo and buy a bunch. (They didn't laugh at that suggestion.) Other times they've been out of steak (multiple times)...
