City Buffet

Food is always great. My favorite is the honey shrimp. They're always on top of keeping things filled before they run out.

I've only gone here for lunch, and usually early. So I probably see the buffet system at its best, full inserts and hot food. But I also start out over at the Mongolian section and love picking out meats and vegetables and noodles and seeing it cooked on a flat top griddle and presented to me hot. I've leaned to add lots more quantities of the various sauces as they cook down and get diluted as the chefs make sure the mean is fully cooked and the vegetables browned or crisped up. So the flavors really improve. Love it and the sushi station and visiting the myriad of chicken dishes and fried items. I'm sure its a challenge to continue to refresh, but going early in the meal period works out very well. recommend it.

I went here whilst in the area after reading some reviews on here, I had the same experience it seems. Very attentive staff and for the price I feel it's a place I will visit again when in the area.

This buffet is AMAZING. The food is fantastic and there is so much variety. The all you can eat sushi bar was wonderful. Staff was polite and there was no wait. Highly recommend

They claimed to have crab legs on the banner and website but had none. I asked if they had any and I got brought to the chicken, and the waiter was super mean to us. While shoving the check in front of us.

My favorite buffet in Boise/Nampa, Mongolian stir-fry, Chinese and other cuisine, something for everyone. Service is excellent, pricing is fair, and convenient location makes this a winner when we're in town.

When we were there they were upset that we wanted a different table. Then on top of that they did not keep our drinks full. We ran out of water and tea to drink. Then the nerve the woman practically was trying to make us leave a tip. If a person doesn't feel they helped their party and they don't deserve a tip then that's that. They only had to keep the drinks full and table cleared off. Will not go back ever again.

Weekends are extremely expensive, I spent 60 on two dishes and when it was time to pay the waiter wouldn't give me back the change.
