I've only gone here for lunch, and usually early. So I probably see the buffet system at its best, full inserts and hot food. But I also start out over at the Mongolian section and love picking out meats and vegetables and noodles and seeing it cooked on a flat top griddle and presented to me hot. I've leaned to add lots more quantities of the various sauces as they cook down and get diluted as the chefs make sure the mean is fully cooked and the vegetables browned or...
I went here whilst in the area after reading some reviews on here, I had the same experience it seems. Very attentive staff and for the price I feel it's a place I will visit again when in the area.
This buffet is AMAZING. The food is fantastic and there is so much variety. The all you can eat sushi bar was wonderful. Staff was polite and there was no wait. Highly recommend
