I normally come in during the week, and it’s a bit slower. Came in on a Sunday and it was definitely busier, obviously, so today’s experience was unusual for us. We came in and stood at the counter waiting to be added to the list, hosts/servers running around. The two hosts stop and go back to rolling silverware. No acknowledgment, we’re standing two feet away from them. We had to ask them, if we could be added to the waitlist. The wait wasn’t long, there was just two of us, but we watched as the host sat a group that had come in after us, that was frustrating. Our server, Kim, was nice. You could tell that she was the only one who felt some sort of urgency about how busy it was. We really appreciated that, because it seemed like everyone else was very lackadaisical. We’ll be back, but during the week.

We have eaten a few times for breakfast, but recently went to the Sat night family dinner style. Absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere, the staff. I could listen to our waitress for hours. So welcoming, this may become OUR date night spot.

We were new to this area and we just came across it by accident. The front of the building looks like it was a motel in the past and then became a restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and the great service. Heartily recommend.

Had lunch and breakfast at our table to Plate one was French toast was cold and not fully cooked
Plate two was kids pancake bacon was hard and eggs were cold
Plate 3 Mixed potato's with sausage gravy gravy was cold and taste like grease and salt
At this point in time I will not be back for at least 6 months till they get a new cook
Would not recommend them

We used to love going to go to coffee cup before the change of ownership. It isn’t the same cozy coffee cup we remember. We arrived with an employee setting out chairs to smoke out front in front of the entrance. The added tv made our breakfast feel like we were at a sports bar because a customer wanted to watch football. Portion sizes have decreased significantly. An omelette used to take up half a large plate and a pancake took up one plate itself. Now they fit an omelette, hash brown, and pancake on one plate. Pricing has also increased. We used to take our family of four out for breakfast for $40-$45 and for two of us it was $40. I was disappointed to also find bland steak chunks in my Philly omelette instead of the flavorful shredded meat that they used to use before ownership change. The waitresses were amazing however the two people that great people weren’t very friendly. Is sad to see the change of ownership.
Do yourself a big favor and don't order a hamburger or fry. Please take it off your menu.
