Love the ice cream ..but the costumer service suck. Almost everyone has hair in their faces, and no one has a hat on to keep it out of the way lol. The lack of care is extremely concerning.

Whoever worked last night Saturday September 27th at 10:30pm made my ice cream PERFECTLY. Whoever worked tonight sunday September 28th at around 8pm did NOT understand the assignment and ripped me off. I paid for 3x extra red velvet and there's hardly any cake. Ice cream didnt even fill the cup at all.

Went in there and there was probably 7 people in there working. Not one of them said anything to us or even acknowledged that we were there. We were standing there waiting to order, nothing still. Waited a couple minutes and ended up walking out. After we walk out, they notice us and are acting like they are co fused that we came in and left. Should probably be trained to acknowledge customers when they walk in and I don’t know, maybe take their orders.

I want to give Conner a kudos for his serving for each customer. He is very good at following through your whole service thru the payment. I have been in twice and both times Conner was the server. Keep up the great work Conner!!

The wait times are insane. It’s not the employees fault, must be poor management. The one guy with curly hair working was amazing and stayed positive through the long line. It seemed like he was the only one working but he kept a great attitude and was very helpful.

The Ice Cream wasn't bad just needed the right flavor. The guy didn't hear correctly when we said little tub not cone. The lady understood and got 2 out of 5 right. It was an overall good experience.

My daughter wanted an ice cream from cold stone so we went! We ordered a kids cup. It was maybe 3-4 child bites of ice cream. I am still baffled by the amount of ice cream in the cup. It was $4.23 for a few bites of ice cream?! Wow. The employees didn’t seem very knowledgeable and hurried through our transaction despite having no one else in line. Not impressed

I went in to the store and ordered a cake to pick up 1 week later. When I went back to pick up the cake it was not made, the guy that assisted me apologized, and he had my order in front of him. He stated the person that comes in the mornings to make the cake just didn't make it. I asked what they are going to do to rectify their mistake and he grabbed a cake out of their freezer. I asked how long it had been in there because it looked very frosty like it was beginning to get freezer burnt. He did not know how long it had been in there. Then he told me I could call the next day and speak with Sean the manager. I did call several times and no one answered the phone. I'm sure this mistake has happened before with looking at other reviews. Why don't they have a better policy.
This place is awesome. It smells amazing, the service was great and the treats are super tasty.
