I gave Costa Vida a 5 star review just a year ago. Tonight we went to my favorite place for dinner. I was so disgusted, the lady cooking my husband's tacos, forgot she was at work. She took meat out of his tacos and put it in her mouth. She was still chewing when she asked if he wanted rice and beans. Gross! My salad had 4 slices of chicken but tons of lettuce. So disappointed, but I have such a selection of other places to eat. Atmosphere has changed.

The sweet pork was disgusting. I was asked three separate times by the same employee if I wanted lettuce on my enchiladas. Their attitude was like an assembly line of get me out of there fast.

Door dashed costa vida. Asked for a side of tortilla chips they put way too many on. I asked for no beans and extra rice but the amount they gave me was what looked like half a scoop. I ordered a side of guac and they didn’t give me any! I am pregnant and love their rice when I didn’t get what I ordered I was extremely upset. Most likely won’t return to this location.
The staff at this location is so friendly, so inviting and so happy to serve! We arrived with ten minutes before closing and we could tell aloy of the closing cleanup had already been done. But they made us feel so welcome and wanted as dine in guests that evening. From the cooking line, to checking out and also the gal sweeping and tidying the dining area, we were impressed by the service. Best experience and customer service we’ve had at a restaurant in years. We will be excited to return to this location !
