Ever since they expanded their menu last year their quality has significantly dropped. I hate that it's been a gamble the last few times I've been. You either get great service and low quality food, or rough service and mid food. Just yesterday my Husband was given a level ten after asking for a level six with barely 5 pieces of chicken, and his noodles + Rice was overcooked. Thankfully my bowl was okay this time, but I had to double check at least twice that it was gluten free because the individuals working seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. The guy checking us out also kept stepping away while talking to us? Like he asked if it was for here or to go then as we were answering he stepped away to help a door dash driver in the middle of helping us. I don't 100% blame the workers though because it seems like there's only ever 3 or 4 people working every time we go in, doesn't matter what time of day. I don't know what happened between now and the menu expansion but whatever it is, I don't really want to spend $30 here just to gamble whether or not we like the food.

Firstly, I love the food here. I’ve been eating here since this location opened. However, there is a blatant problem with consistency. If I ever order for delivery I usually receive something with a mistake (missing ingredient), totally understand not that big of a deal, but you would maybe expect to receive the same quality that you get in store, if not for travel mishaps during delivery. Lately, there has been an inconsistency with sauce and portion. Either too much or too little (important to note that I always get the same thing). Today though I ordered in store, hardly any sauce and halfway through I noticed an abundance of black pepper (see photo). Again, I really love the food here, but it’s frustrating how poor the consistency of service is.
