Went through the drive through to get blizzards. My husband decided he want a burger, so we got 2 burgers and a fry plus 3 blizzards. Got our blizzards then had to pull forward and wait for the food. We waited for 15 minutes , my husband finally went in to see why. We'll they had a big door dash order come in after we ordered , so they made us wait. Our blizzards were melted by the time we got the food. Won't be going back.

I came here for lunch and waited over 20 minutes for a burger and some fries. When I went up to ask about it, the old lady at the counter said that they were hollering and hollering "No name." As if anyone would ever respond to that. I get that I'm younger, but I'm still a customer who deserves respect. I did not appreciate the old ladies attitude. Please, train your customer service reps better.

Why was it so stinky? It made my nose hair curl. I began to dry heave as we walked in. The Deeper into the establishment I walked the more I began to sour and my toes curled. Although my desire for ice cream was strong. I had to leave.

The employees at this location have a major attitude problem. All the reviews talking about the same thing, yet the issue has yet to resolved of these employees being disrespectful to their customers. This location closed a little bit earlier than what was posted online, and the workers were still in the store and they wouldn’t take our order (which is fine, just inconvenient to close early for no apparent reason) but what bugs me is their attitude to us about it. We gave no issues and were understanding and just went on to the other location but the employees here were laughing and smirking all rude at us about coming when they closed. Not sure why the employees were just hanging out inside chilling and laughing but couldn’t take an order.

This was the most disappointing visit to DQ I have ever had. My friend and I drove through and I ordered a double bacon ranch combo with a blizzard, and they took our payments and had us pull up. Not only was there nobody behind me, they did not have my order out for several minutes. After I eventually got my food, the fries were lukewarm straight out of the bag. When I got back to work and opened up my burger, there was a long hair under it. The only thing I got to eat on my lunch break was subpar fries and a blizzard. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I advise anyone considering visiting to choose one of the many alternatives that surround it.

Super dirty, the food took forever and there were only 2 people ahead of us..a family of 3. All the tables were dirty and sticky and the ice machine was empty

GREAT unfortunately must have made ice cream cones when we ordered, got to the window paid seen the cones through the window dripping ask the young person please like to have one that is not dripping wife said don't make a big deal so here I am making a deal
