As soon as I walked in the restaurant, an absolute vile stench of what seemed to be vomit?, was in the air and no matter where we sat we could not escape it. We had to eat in the car. The service was not as expected. The staff is usually friendly but a young boy behind the counter who took my order had an attitude to begin with. When waiting for my food, he called out a name which sounded similar to mine. so I went to the counter and he said “is your name ALSO Louise?,” in a condescending tone. To top it off, he put my chicken strips that he was holding with his bare hands, onto a bare tray with no paper or anything. My chicken has god knows what on it now, and was also cold. I gave him a heads up to probably not do that in the future because it’s disgusting. He also forgot my ranch and my kids meal didn’t come with everything . Not great, would not recommend.

Awful experience. Wrong order, unfriendly staff, and food drowned in sauce. My burger wasn’t what I ordered, and every substitution was ignored. Stick to Blizzards—everything else is a mess. The GM of this location needs to look at these reviews and make some changes instead of having someone write the same response back to every comment left, “hope you give us another chance.” Never again am I coming back to this DQ in Nampa.
Another restaurant that has decided Diet Pepsi fans wanted their drink switched to that disgusting thing Pepsi calls Pepsi Zero Sugar. Back across the street or down the road for me where they serve a decent diet drink.

If I got give negative stars I would emmie that helped us first gave us a medium cup saying it’s their new large I knew it wasn’t then when we got our banana split this is what it looks like remind you I are eating in so don’t understand why it would look like and only maybe two bites of ice cream with the rest of some runny cool whip definitely will never return here I’m not the one to leave bad reviews but this isn’t the first time I just figured the first time it was a total mistake but then to have it happen again I’m lost for words

Very slow in lobby. They will do door dash orders before serving someone who is standing at the counter for 10minutes. Just wanted a dilly bar.
