Domino's Pizza

I literally live 10 mins away from this store. My parents also live 10 mins away from this store in a different direction. Yet they don’t deliver to where my parents live. I called and spoke with a manager who said they have certain “cut off roads”, and it would take “1 1/2 hours to deliver here”! So I quizzed her on why they could deliver to my house within the 35-45 min slot, yet not to where my parents live (exactly the same distance of a different direction). She said they are” understaffed”! What a joke. If you live where I do by the freeway in Nampa and my parents live out by Nampa’s lake… shouldn’t make a difference! They are going to lose so much money by this “policy”!
I also went to purchase their latest “any crust any topping”, promo, to be delivered to my house and their system was denying all credit card transactions. What another waste. How can a company like Dominos afford all these expensive commercials, when they can not even comply with demand? Never will I purchase from them again!

Pleasantly surprised with this Dominos Location!!! It has been hands down better than every other Dominos we have tried in this area and maybe ever!!! It’s been consistently delicious every order!!! Thanks Dominos!!! Turtle Power!!!

Jessica was my delivery driver tonight. I just wanna say that I appreciate you and thank you. Very sweet, I felt bad tipping lower than usual and she was so kind. I’m writing this review so I can bless you at a later time. Thank you :)

I always order from this store and the food is great most of the time. Yet last night 1-20-25 I ordered a pizza that left much to be desired. The cheese was almost nonexistent, the crust was chewy and leathery, and the pizza was barely warm. Disappointing to have to pay for something that was subpar.

Never would I have expected a medium pizza from dominos to take over two hours to arrive. When I called the store an hour after I ordered I was just told they had over 50 pizzas behind in the works and were doing their best. I understand being in the weeds but two hours behind you’ve got to be kidding me. Do better next time please.

Twice I have ordered from here with it taking an hour to get our pizza from the time of ordering. Will never order from here again. Ridiculous.

Food tastes like Dominos. Not good. Not bad. Just easy. No problem. The problem is the slow service. The problem is calling AFTER 45 minutes and checking for an update and they had the nerve to say mine is getting close to coming out of the OVEN! It was one pizza. One pizza. After 45 minutes it’s still in the oven that takes 6 minutes to cook? OMG PEOPLE! Never again. I learned my lesson.

Still waiting for my redone pizza with no garlic crust to get here. It’s been almost an hour and a half since I called them. Basically starving a pregnant woman. The garlic oil makes me severely sick

Totally go here if you’re cool with service workers handling your toppings WITHOUT GLOVES. absolutely disgusting. And a 30 minute wait when your order was put in 30 minutes prior to your arrival?? Employees more focused on their phones and swapping earbuds than they are on their jobs. More than once while waiting in their dirty lobby multiple employees entering an office to discuss TikTok’s while playing them over a loud speaker. Complete lack of professionalism and sanitary courtesy. Will not be returning to this location.

Do not ever apply to the Greenhurst location don’t even bother showing up a few minutes early for an interview here because they will tell you that you will need to wait until the time that you we’re scheduled for I don’t know about anybody else, but I was raised to be early because it shows initiative. And once the time for your interview comes, no one will come and get you. No one will talk to you. I sat in the lobby 30 minutes past my schedule interview time I have never felt so disrespected in my life. They do not care about your time or anyone else’s don’t waste your time there.

These people were super sweet, we called one minute before closed about our order we had a mishap and they still listened and even delivered our pizza to us after they had closed! Wonderful service
