I literally ordered a coconut drink absolutely no coffee just coconut, I’ve ordered this drink twice once here at the Dutch bros in Caldwell and once in ARIZONA for my birthday the drink was perfect and exactly what I asked for so I asked for it again Since it’s been a while and I confirmed and made sure with the lady that’s was taking my order understood that I wanted a coconut drink all jcoconut drink with coconut flakes and she said okay she could do that and ask if the tip was fine and I said yeah I go to the window and they give me a swamp brown looking drink like wtf this is no where near white. Seriously Dutch bros what’s going on… just over all really disappointed.

Never had a bad experience at a Dutch Bros. I get an Iced 911, but sometimes the coffee seems a little off. Maybe it is just a different blend.
They made mine perfect just the way I'd asked but my ladies they didn't put the topping on that she had asked for other than that they were fine

Just got done going here. I ordered two drinks with extra shots and didn't even get the shots in the drink. And it took forever for my order to be taken because the girls running orders where more focused on chit chatting with their coworker in the car in front of me instead of moving the line along so much so that one of the managers or shift leads (I'm assuming) had to come out and tell them to get it moving. I had somewhere to be so I couldn't go back to get my drinks corrected. I won't be coming back to this location again. I have to pay extra money for those shots, and they couldn't even be bothered to do it correctly.

You could get coffee faster if you go and sit down at a restaurant, and it would be cheaper. Minimum wait at this Dutch is 30 min just to get to the ordering people, which there are usually five of standing in exactly the same spot just hanging out and having fun rather than helping increase throughput.
Clark st is often backed up all the way onto 12th ave on one side and onto Amity on the other side, which is a huge safety concern for customers. Seems like they should have a single person outside take orders (not 5) and everyone else should be in helping push out orders from the coffee bar.
Employees just hang around everywhere. Everyone is short and rude with you here because they just stand around all day doing nothing while streets backup and cause traffic safety concerns. Bad service all around.
