I stopped in and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. The service was fast, and the coffee was really good...as usual. It was in and out with no hassles or long wait. I would highly recommend Dutch Bros.

I am so freaking tired of how you do business. Okay, so you have an app and it has a button right on there to add a tip (if you want)! I can turn this on or off! So why then do you ask if I want to "leave a tip", "tip or skip", etc.??? When I have it off, STOP ASKING IF I WANT TO TIP! I OBVIOUSLY DON'T, AT THAT TIME! When I have it on, I want to leave a tip! And the amount is already chosen! STOP BEING GREEDY! This happens at every single location!

People are good. But they really need to listen to customers orders. That's the only issue I have, the big issue I have is when their friends or co-workers that come thru the drive-thru when they are off work, they will sit and talk after they get their drinks when they have a long line of customers waiting. It's like "hello, we have places to be, like work, appointments, etc" if they wanna talk, go to the window, or call them later or something. Let's get the drinks ordered and out and to the next.

Went there today for a white chocolate mocha with extra vanilla and it was heaven. The lady who suggested this drink was a doll and has great suggestions for you to try.Kid-friendliness: My daughter was asking a million questions a minute and the lady was very patient with her.
