I go to this location very frequently as it’s super close to my work sometimes even twice a day . Haven’t had any issues until I received my drink .. I don’t think this is exactly ok . I have always gotten my drink full . Not sure what happened

I come to Dutch Bros a lot and specifically this location because it’s near my house. When I got my drink today, it was made wrong so I told the girl who handed me it and she was very nice and went to make me a replacement. The initial girl who took my order came back up to the window and rudely says “ When I took your order, you did not order your drink that way” so I said “ I always order my drink like that” and she replied “ Well, this time you didn’t order your drink, right”. I love Dutch bros and I love this location but it’s not okay for employees to be rude and accuse people of ordering their drinks wrong, when I have ordered the same drink, the same way dozens of times. I don’t usually see that employee in the morning so maybe she is new but that doesn’t excuse the attitude
I went and ordered 2 drinks. The order taker did a good job and repeated our order which was fine. However once I get to the window not even a hi just “here you go” or repeated my order. As I get my drink I noticed it wasn’t blended like I ordered and it was iced. I immediately turn around and the girl said that they were gonna fix it. I get my drink and noticed it was just pure ice. It looked like the they just put ice in a cup then poured the drink on top because I took a sip and not even a bit of fluid went up the straw but pure ice.

The girl upfront was so rude she was leaning against the counter with the rudest attitude. She acted like she didn’t know what drink i was talking about even though it was front and center on there sign after 5 minuets of going back and fourth with her she finally just wrote something down and gave me the wrong drink.
