I went during my lunch and as soon as the lady came over to take my order she began to give me attitude. I believe her name was Kimberly. I understand she might not have been having a good day but as someone who works for customer service I felt like she could have controlled her attitude towards me .

Sad to say, my drink didn't taste as good as it normally dies at other locations. There was no coffee taste.
