Pulled in around 6:10 this Thursday morning and the person at the window just stared at me then back at their phone. After a few seconds they looked at me and said, oh you haven’t ordered yet huh. I said no and she took my order. She was not very friendly and very uninterested in the transaction/interaction. Needless to say she sucked. Will not be back.

The staff that took my order couldn't bother to make eye contact, had her head stuck in the iPad. Then I pull up to the window to it being empty. Waited a couple minutes. Not impressed with the service at this location.

The female employees are rude. All the time. Specifically to other women. And the drinks are usually made poorly here compared to other locations. They HAND blended my sugar free rebel instead of using the base and adding my sugar free syrups. It was literally chunky. Just ridiculous. Horrible customer service (minus some of the male workers) and the drinks aren't like other locations.

I went today to get a replacement drink because mine was stolen and i was having a bad day, one of the workers i believe his name was aubrey was so sweet, he gave me a free drink and actually made my drink the way i wanted it, extra thick. He was the best at assisting me and so engaging, he wrote such a sweet message on my drink i appreciate it so much. This locations workers are always the sweetest ever. 10/10

The music was so loud I couldn’t hear them and I had to yell in order to even hear myself. I was getting a headache. Second, I ordered a snickers frost and it just tasted like a blended chocolate milk. No ice cream. No whip. Very bland.
My problem is that whenever I order a cold brew with soft top, I always ask for extra soft top, I'm always charged for it, and whenever I get my order, there's barely any soft top.
