Everytime i go at 8am, they’re is never anyone there and not open. It says they open at 8am. It’s a bummer because i go out of my way before work. It’s happened 3 or 4 times now. Just wish they had an updated time :(

I got the protein waffle and to be completely honest it was a bit of a let down, the waffle was very soft but the egg flavor definitely overwhelming over all not bad but okay. Super cozy place and nice staff.

WOW! I have never really been to a place like this, but went post workout with my friend! It was soooo yummy, and so healthy! The shake was a meal "replacer" and kept me satisfied until lunch time. Also got a clean energy tea, so hydrating especially post workout.100/10 recommend, and they're a local business! support local!

A tea bomb is a great tasting afternoon pick me up. Just enough pick me up to get you through the rest of the day, but still able to sleep well that evening. The staff is great too!

I just want to give a “BIG SHOUT OUT!” to that darling young lady who help me yesterday late afternoon. I wish I would of asked her for her name but I will back and be sure to ask her. I was quite impressed with the little short gal with light brown hair. I asked this young gal about the nutrition info of their shakes and drinks I was just so impressed how kind and friendly she was and how she took the time to answer my questions. Now that I know some of the nutrition info I will be back for sure!!
