Soba Mongolian under new management NO GOOD. Just take the drive to the blvd for way better service!
So it's under new management and it's changed a bit. One thing we noticed when taking our first bite was the salt! It wasn't just my bowl it was all 3 of our bowls. We put the same sauce we've used in the past. But, for some reason it was extremely salty! Not sure if it was the sauce, noodles, or what they use when they cooked it. Came home to dilute the sauce and it was still very salty. So maybe it was the noodles. We we're craving Mongolian and we were extremely disappointed.
Great food and fast friendly service. Food is very fresh. It is Closed on Sundays for church. I'm a regular customer.

I was very disappointed. The staff was very nice, but the restaurant was very dirty. Some of the produce looked and felt bad. The cook only grilled my food for about a minute and a half, and many of the vegetables were undercooked and I was nervous about eating the chicken. I left feeling not great. As of right now I would not recommend this place, but I really hope they can turn it around.
Went in today and started making our bowls, when my mom and I saw two bugs crawling on the countertop where the food is.
Have gone here Several times since they have been open. have always been pleased with the service and the food. however tonight when we went it was very dirty looking. Has gone downhill. Then a cockroach walked across our table! when my husband got it on the ground I put my foot on it we showed the manager he said I'm sorry. I don't think we will be going back. I Didn't even think we had cockroaches in Idaho. I was wrong!
My wife loves this place, there is always lots of space and the food seems fresh.
