I just had a Hook and Ladder that was straight out of a commercial! Beautifuly stacked meats, veggies, and cheese piled high on perfectly toasted bread. No mayo mess, no lettuce bomb, just an exquisitely crafed sandwich. I hit this Firehouse at least once a week. The staff they have in there right now are 🔥 🔥 10/10!

My wife loves the hook-n-ladder. My favorite is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket, double meat. The New York steamer, The pastrami, and any of the meatball subs are all good. Sometimes I order a meatball sub, double meat, with no bread to keep the carbs down a bit.

It was my first time ever having firehouse subs and my order was messed up to the point I couldn’t eat it. The only reason they get 3/5 is because when I called to tell them, they said they’d fix it and apologized. If you go, make sure to ask them to repeat your order to you before.
