Have eaten at 5 GUYS forever and at this location a few times now and this is by far the worst service I’ve experienced at a food establishment. This last time I literally watched the lady take my fries out of my bag and put into another bag for a customer that came in 15 minutes after me. Got a refund and left

Unfortunately the meals weren’t worth our time or money. There were 7 people working and our food took 25 minutes to come out for 4 burgers…not fast food by any means. The burgers were dry and not seasoned and the fries were all dumped into a bag, not in containers. For $75 for 4 meals at a “fast food restaurant”…we will not be going back.

As much as I love Five Guys. I will never be back. Their prices are outrageous. I got a double bacon cheeseburger, hot dog, regular fries and a regular drink and it cost $28. I can almost get a steak dinner for two at Texas Roadhouse for that.

I was pleasantly surprised here. While it has little or no atmosphere (its just in a strip mall slot) The burgers were amazing and the fries were exceptional. We ordered doubles and found that they were huge. Next time we will get singles. The service was on par and the restaurant itself was very clean. We will certainly be back.

I’ve been to 5 guys twice. Both times I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. Want to take a guess as to what they forgot to put on my burger both times? The bacon. It’s literally in the name of the sandwich. The fries are really good, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

I have been to five guys in other cities. Although the hamburger was good, the french fries were burnt, old, and over-salted. There wasn't the camaraderie some other locations that called your number, asked if there was anything else you needed, and thank you for coming.
Disappointed by the staff that was working that day… ordered my food and waited for 25 minutes…I noticed my order was ready but the employee didn’t call out my number walked up to the counter to ask if I can have my order was completely ignored….finally another employee noticed me and asked for my order number … gave me my food by then it was cold .. I will never stop at this particular one at all …

They forgot one of my burgers and instead of remaking the fries they just let them sit in the bag for 15 minutes so they were cold by the time they were done with my burger. They also forgot another persons burger that was also getting take out while I was there. No intentions of going back anytime soon.
