Their fountain drinks are terrible! ? All of them are extremely watered down. Whoever programmed the two machines did this intentionally, trying to be cheap. ? For what they charge, it's ridiculous. ? #BadDrinks #Overpriced #

The food has always been good here. The burgers are always well made and they do a decent job with the fries. However, service is sketchy at times. There are a few workers who have taken my order, one of them is manager, and they never say hello, even after I say hi to them. I find that odd honestly and not very good customer service. But at least the food is good.

Asked if they would say happy birthday to my 11 year old grand daughter they said no we can't do that broke her heart they were always so nice but not any more then they got her burger wrong they didn't care at all

Usually they top off fries, but missed mine. I mentioned it and the manager gave me a new fry, topped it off, and told me to keep the first order. I was shocked! That's customer service!

I did not have a great experience here and when I tried to talk to someone about the multiple mess ups on our $300 order, we got offered a free fry and they did not take any responsibility for the issues. lol. we will not be using 5 guys for catering in the future. i will attach the corporate response & then the email i sent after they offered a free fry. they never responded after this.

If I could do zero stars I absolutely would Aaron was so disrespectful he didn't give me my cup when I ordered a drink and the food took forever to be ready, what's the point of "fast food" if you're gonna take forever to make it, it's not even that but they didn't need to be so rude and give us dirty looks, the employees all treated us horrible because we did separate ticket. Don't come here. period.
