I love this place. I think I am a bit of a coffee snob and like my coffee or my americano black. Their coffee is great. Every once in a while there is a bean I’m not as much into but for the most part I’m typically very happy with the coffee. The pastries are amazing - best in town and really in the whole area. They have lots of study space, and a lot of room for people to have meetings. I also love walking around their gift shop- so fun to find unique gifts. I currently love their peanut butter nitro, but in the winter love their house made chai with a couple shots of espresso. My go to pastries are the multi grain scone and the breakfast sandwich. I also like the cinnamon roll, chocolate chip scone, the chocolate chip cookies, the potato haystack… I could go on. I wish we could choose 1/2 caff on the mobile order website. Every once in a while they might forget the pastry ordered or the dog treats, but they are always great about grabbing it quickly if you notice they’ve missed it. They have outdoor seating area that is pet friendly. Games and crayons available for kids.

Takes entirely to long for an ultimately unsatisfactory product. Hard to support small businesses when Theyre product amd service are below basic standards
Aside from the ironic juxtaposition of hyper-garbage-capitalism next to slogans of kindness and ecological awareness, this franchise suffers from worse. When employees vociferously excuse their incompetent service as "being normal" rather than offering an apology or compensation, it is a sure way to alienate customers. There is a word for the buffoonery here: but asinine seems too polite.
Come here for being with friends. Their products and services are sus and worthy of scathing critique.

I've been coming here since it opened in 2006. Great local business and Nampa icon. Beautiful space and wonderful variety of drinks/pastries. Lots of fun gifts and trinkets too. As far as cost is concerned, I think Flying M is still more affordable than other shops.
