Flying M Coffee Garage has been my go-to spot in Nampa for years. The coffee is always strong, smooth, and never bitter — their mochas and lattes are consistently great, and the baristas actually remember regulars. The space itself feels like an old garage turned cozy art studio, with local artwork on the walls and mismatched chairs. They have great selection of pastries that are big in size, and the coffee flavor selection of syrups is a big range. My favorite thing is the upstairs lounge — it’s so nice and cozy, with dim lighting that makes it perfect for studying, journaling, or having long conversations with friends. The Wi-Fi is reliable, there are plenty of outlets, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming. Whether you’re catching up with friends or finishing a paper, Flying M hits that sweet spot between lively and relaxing.

Friendly staff, but the mocha I had was pretty lame. Seems like the spend more effort on the merch and the pastry than the coffee.

The coffee is okay, The atmosphere is fantastic. It just feels like a coffee shop should, plenty of seating including outdoor seating. The gift shop has a ton of interesting over priced fun products.
We love Flying M in Nampa and all they do for the community. They truly care about people and places and we are seriouly grateful.
Great little spot for coffee and pastries.
I will be back.
Thank you

This is a cool little hipster coffee place. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The pastries the drinks and the souvenirs. I loved my matcha latte I’m always happy to hear a coffee shop can make the matcha unsweetened.

I love this place. I think I am a bit of a coffee snob and like my coffee or my americano black. Their coffee is great. Every once in a while there is a bean I’m not as much into but for the most part I’m typically very happy with the coffee. The pastries are amazing - best in town and really in the whole area. They have lots of study space, and a lot of room for people to have meetings. I also love walking around their gift shop- so fun to find unique gifts. I currently love their peanut butter nitro, but in the winter love their house made chai with a couple shots of espresso. My go to pastries are the multi grain scone and the breakfast sandwich. I also like the cinnamon roll, chocolate chip scone, the chocolate chip cookies, the potato haystack… I could go on. I wish we could choose 1/2 caff on the mobile order website. Every once in a while they might forget the pastry ordered or the dog treats, but they are always great about grabbing it quickly if you notice they’ve missed it. They have outdoor seating area that is pet friendly. Games and crayons available for kids.
Been coming to the ‘M’ here in Nampa for over 5 years since I sold my house in Boise back in 2019. Great place and friendly staff.
Rudest most standoffish customer service I r ever received. With terrible coffee to boot. If I could give zero stars I would.
My happy place! I come here multiple times a week because the americanos are the best ever, pastries are immaculate, and super chill vibes.
Coffee was amazing as always, I also bought a rice crispy treat this visit and I took one bite and tossed it. It was very salty!
