Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I go to Freddys fairly often and although I live in Caldwell and the Caldwell location is literally right down the road from my house I always drive to the Nampa location. The atmosphere there is amazing, the food is always excellent and I do mean always and I've never been treated less than top tier by the staff. The manager, Ju, is amazing! Every place needs a Ju. She can't be topped. And one of the cashiers, Anna, is always incredible. She seems to always know exactly what she is doing. She is very professional and very courteous. I love this Fredddys and intend on making many more returns!

I don't know if the guy behind the counter was new or not, but I am reasonably sure he wasn't named Gabby. My better half asked for water to drink as she is going back on her diet after our week of vacation. He could have told us that he was changing her $2.49 for it and giving her a cup would have been nice as well. It's not the amount, it's just not being told that you are going to be charged for the water that urked us. Also, I asked for no tomato and pickles but I got tomato on mine.

Best Freddys.. took my daughter there after gymnastics at sparkzone right around the corner.. food was fantastic and the kids meal with custard ice cream...

But here is the best part.. it was evening and I was carrying my daughter out.. and i left my wallet there, and did not realize until the next morning I had left it.. I called and they answered prior to opening and returned the wallet with everything in it.. kudos to the management and staff for creating a great culture!!

So once again giving a review on the Nampa Id location… I came back again 2 weeks later because for 1 we love the food, the burgers are amazing and juicy & for 2 we had to use our $15 off code that was emailed to use from our last visit because of a few simple mistakes that were made. This time coming back again there were a few minor mistakes made so we called again to let them know & once again they were very friendly about it & emailed me a free combo meal for my next visit so that was nice because some could say you’re just making this up at this point but they believed me & it was nice to be believed & treated nicely about the situation!!! Thank you staff for being so understanding!!!

I came through the drive-through to get a peanut butter banana sundae. Told the lady I wanted a large she repeated my order then I pulled around to the window. I sit there and watch them bring it over and sit it on the counter the gal that was working the window While she was more interested in running around and playing with her hair the other girl that was back with her was filling outside orders and trying to figure out what the hell was going on. About five minutes later, someone open the window and said, sir what did you order? I said a Large sundae Then she grabbed it, handed it to me. I paid her and left only to get home and find out that it was not a large, but a regular. I guess the sad part is it I go there quite a bit. This was the worst service ever.
