Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Well, this is definately one of my favorite local restaurants when it comes to burgers and fries, but today I took my uncle here to celebrate his birthday, and the customer service/cahier gal "Maddy" just 'launched' our lunch date into a fun and delightful experience today. I have to say she stands out as the most personable and gracious and fun cashier & server I've experienced there, and she really just elevated celebrating uncle's birthday! Hope we are lucky enough to get her exceptional service again. Thank you, so much, Maddy!

Special lunch with Granddaughter to celebrate end of sophomore high school exams. Freddy's was her top pick to lunch with this out of state Grandma! Judith, the store manager, made my Fry Sauce Loving Grand"s day by presenting her with a congratulatory bottle of Fry Sauce to compliment Grand's exams she "cooked"! Judith added to our delish lunch...thank you! She also encouraged us to try the jalapeño fry sauce...nice blend!

I don’t know how much star for this place, I just want to give some ideas about this place and other restaurants that, you must care about environment inside restaurants, I came here 15’ and can not breath and sick after that, inside have a lot of cooking smells , burger smells. Many restaurants they don’t have knowledge about good air for customers, how customers sit there with bad air? Good air is first thing you should care after that is food.

Went through the very busy drive thru this evening on my way home from work. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, patient and pleasant. Going so far as to make sure i wanted a meal as is since id asked for modifications on amother and asking how many sauces i would like. It's been a long time since I've encountered this level of overall professionalism across any industry. I felt compelled to call the manager (Gabby was the MOD at the time) and let her know how great her team was doing. In my experience food on the go establishments are typically staffed with bored,annoyed or otherwise unprofessional people who don't seem to take much pride in anything. This was the polar opposite and is a sure sign of good management practices. Gabby was grateful for my thoughts, but the best part was she didn't hesitate to state she would be sharing the praises with her team. Another indication of great training implementation and good management. The food was great as always. Will be back for the amazing service and awesome food.! Keep up the good work!

Moved from SE ID; did not have good experiences at Freddy’s there. Its a LOT better in the treasure valley. Audra, at this location, really made that difference. We were given a full rundown of the sauces that come on the burgers and ordered 3 meals. When we asked about the difference between one of our meal options compared to a kids combo we were given a clear answer: the size of the side(s). She also gave us a complete rundown of the sauces and provided good matches for drinks we asked for that Freddys did not offer. Our food came out relatively quick, and despite having an issue w/ our method of payment (our fault, not there’s) Audra didn’t make us feel rushed, pressured, or like we were a burden. Our food was hot and relatively good. Will come back to this location for the good customer service and to try other items on the menu. Great job Audra!

Seriously a complete rip off. Ordered a “regular” sized cheese curd. Picture shows it filled to the brim, but the container I got wasn’t even half full. And they have the audacity to charge $7 for this!

Well kept nice dining experience! They did have a new guy training his name was Keigan he was being trained by Adrain. Some woman were rather nasty about Keigan as he was learning. He was doing the absolute best following direction very well. I did talk with the manager Judy so she was fully aware the situation with Keigan she was absolutely amazing in every way possible understood the situation on all sides.This was on 11/16/24. Im not generally on that side of town however any time my kids and i are thats where we will continue to go!
