If you're going for the asthetics, it's a bright, clean place to order and eat. The food and service are lackluster. When you ask for more vegetables than rice, you get the opposite and when you mention it, nothing happens. They are very nice drones. They shouldn't offer something if it not actually available.

First off the worst service possible. The lady was too worried about her phone to give us the time of day and when we were wording didn’t seem to care for us or what we were getting she kept saying are you done ordering now! So rude!
Then the food, the beef teriyaki was made with rotten meat (it was so disgusting), the orange chicken was also bad and the veggies we soured! We couldn’t even finish our food! Mind you we paid $50 for this and to top it off I was going up to complain but the lady was too preoccupied with her phone and laughing at TikToks in the back to even give me some sort of recognition or acknowledgment that we were there so we threw away our food and left hungry, disgusted, and disappointed we literally threw $50 down the drain! Will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone

Forgot my sauce I paid for and the meat was dry and overcooked.

We ordered extra sauce and we actually got extra sauce. Chicken was moist and plentiful. Food was fresh and it was probably the best HT I’ve ever had.

I’ve been a loyal Happy Teriyaki customer for around 10 years now. Most HT locations are great, but this one is NOT CUUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

I’m submitting this review after staying away from this particular location for a couple years now, due to prior issues, but trying it again today. It’s the same grumpy lady at the counter. Same extra costs if you want sauce to go (free if you eat in). No hot sauce unless you pay extra.

Not the Idaho way, nor is it this way at many other Happy Terriyaki locations in the valley. Must be a different greedy uninvolved owner. I will go out of my way to avoid this location again in the future.

Wanted to get some food, came to the restaurant at 8pm and it was closed. In google maps it says they close at 8:30 😒 you guys should fix it

Very unenthused with the service I received tonight. Part of my order was completely missed due to the understaffed facility. Then when addressed and corrected, It took an additional 30 minutes, along with my sister in law having to go up to the counter to find out where my missing food was. A good correction I feel would be having more that two literally two people working on a Saturday night. Slow or not that is inexcusable.

Sometimes you just can't win with people I typically love Happy Teriyaki however Becca who took our order was extremely rude and then when we had an issue with our order instead of offering to remake it or offering any other solution she chose to continue to be rude and then Mumble under her breath and ignore us and skip to the next person in line definitely needs to go in for a review

Went here twice including today and the older woman behind the counter seems discriminative towards me.

The first time I tried to order she explained my order in a scrambled way, acted extremely confused, then was about to charge me double everything. She had an undertone of hatred in her voice and doesn't say goodbye whatsoever.

Today while I was trying to order she jumped as if I scared her, flapping her hands in the air, and was acting extremely confused about my order again. She gave me my order with an additude without saying goodbye. I noticed right before heading out she seemed more friendly to the people that were behind me.

Based on the reviews I've read this lady has a history of discriminating Hispanic people and Door Dash drivers. I wear a head covering and both times she was angry towards me for no particular reason. I'm probably not coming back to this location unless something changes.

This is the 2nd time I've been here for their Teriyaki tofu bowl. It is VERY skimpy on vegetables. A couple of tiny broccoli florets and a few shreds of carrot. The bowl is brimming over with rice with tofu on top but that's basically all it is. It needs to have vegetables to make it feel like a healthy meal. Whoever the owner is is going to learn that you can't skimp on ingredients if you want customers to return. This place is always empty. I suspect the reason is because people feel like they're being ripped off, and after an initial visit do not return. I will come here again. I predict this place will be out of business soon, and the cheap skate owner will only have himself to blame.
