This has to be the most horrible I have been treated as a customer in a very long time and for a place that is supposed to be bragging about Idaho owned is very disconcerting. I came in to this place to quickly grab just a plain old chicken rice bowl for dinner. Yes I realize I stopped by at 8:15 and they close at 8:30 but the open sign was still on and the doors were unlocked. When I walked in I was told immediately that till was shut down and they would not be helping me the lady behind the counter had the most horrible customer service skills I have seen at a restaurant. She refused to do anything about serving me even though they were clearly still open still had kitchen staff and still were working. I told her well your sign said 8:30 and you were still open with the sign on. She said we can close whenever we feel like it. The owner has given us permission to close when we want to. So how is anyone supposed to go off of that kind of nonsense? So it's just a Randomness when you can show up and eat here? That doesn't make a whole lot of business sense . When I asked for someone I could contact she alright refused any type of phone number to contact anyone above her or even her name so I knew who I was dealing with. and went and got the cook who decided to try to help but his service skills weren't any better he told me if I own the place I could do whatever I want but since I'm just a customer he didn't care. After standing there for a few minutes the guy in the back decided that he would help me and it took the lady running the till no more than 15 seconds I kid you not to get the till going again. I will never go to this place again and I will do my damnedest to make sure that everyone hears about it. Do you guys do not want to be open till 8:30 then don't be open till 8:30. And if you want to close early then lock the damn door. And I'm sure they spit in my food or did something horrible to it. I should have cut my losses and just left knowing how pissed off they were and what they planned on doing to my food. I ended up literally just throwing it in the garbage when I walked out the door. My health and safety are worth a little bit more than 10 bucks. And what I could see from other reviews posted many other people have had the exact same experience with the lady behind the counter and the person in the kitchen. And since the refusal to get in any contact with anyone I guess I'm going to lose out on my money too.

This location is trash! The older woman who works here is extremely rude and racist (she refused to give me here name) I was severed 2 raw bowls of chicken.When I asked for a refund she would not give me a receipt or let me take a picture of the screen. I hope this reaches the owners because I can see this location closing if this behavior continues with this side of town being heavily populated with Hispanic/latinos I can only imagine how she treats others who don't speak English

The man who helped us out was SO kind. The atmosphere was very light. The restaurant was clean and hygienic. We were mainly impressed with how kind and courteous the staff was.

The woman that works the register is not allowing Doordash drivers to use the restroom.She was very rude saying that "Her"store was not a pit stop.The Doordash drivers are providing a service for the Happy teriyaki corporation it is to bad they are represented by such an inconsiderate, uncaring person.

I stopped in here today. I went straight for the restroom and the lady at the front counter very loudly said "excuse me" twice not very happy. So i walked up to the counter and told her i was gonna use the restroom. She got very agitated by that huffing a puffing. I then explained that i was a doordasher there to pick up an order and asked if we were aloud to use the restrooms there to which she got very snappy " yes but i dont approve" i kindly said okay and left. What lovely customer service your employees have to offer acting like i was below them and me using the restroom(which is aloud) was ruining her day. I wont ever return here not as a customer or a delivery service.
Wonderful service and a really good meal! Even though it's not 'authentic', it tastes really good and the service was great!
