My husband received damaged French caramel creme beans, it was opened inside and coffee was everywhere. Company didn't reply on emails and finally didn't replace or refund. I think all this reviews on Google made by robots or friends but in reality it not good company. Very poor customer service.

Update Owner said is that today don't see any orders associate with me but here is my order number and they never reply on my emails I even sent one today and I called there today IR1118 that my order.

To the tall man wearing his work shirt! I heard everything you said and it was uncalled for. You cut me off on the freeway and I followed you into the gas station! At your age you should be embarrassed and your job should be embarrassed for having you on their team when I call your company The lady I spoke too knew exactly who I was talking about and heard you honking and yelling out of your window ! In the store the man called you out and you didn’t have anything to say but as soon as you left you wanted to act like a man
You’re lucky you’re not working for me I would have fired you the next day !
