When ever we have been there before we always got a pot of coffee. Server stated that they no longer do that anymore, but when we were getting ready to leave she was putting coffee pots out on the tables. The French fries were so dry you could barely swallow. We ordered the fish and they gave us all shrimp meals. They brought out fish after that and still charged us for the shrimp until we complained about it. Service has gone down so much. It took forever for her to give us our drinks and our food took almost a half hour, it wasn't even busy. No way are we ever going to be going there again.

I frequent IHopon a fairly regular basis. The food is always good. For some time now I am served by Brook. She never fails be courteous, knows what she is doing, and always checks on how a person is doing and rapidly gets anything right away if it is needed. I find her bright, anticipates any needs, and will go far in any career field she chooses.

I tested the new (30 day), shy, high school-aged server, Brooke, on certain combinations of meals and sides. At first, she was nervous and didn't have an immediate answer. After asking coworkers, she came back 30 seconds later with confidence and knowledge. Service came out as cooks completed the order. Staff and management work together complimentary with smiles and cheer. I truly enjoy this location in Nampa, Idaho. Good job, everyone.
