I'd give it a zero if that were an option. Went in and waited at the counter as it said wait to be seated. Saw two servers and two people in the kitchen. Maybe a dozen tables were sat. Waited over 10 minutes before someone finally came up to us and said they were full and needed to put us on a wait list. Ok, weird that over half the place was empty but I can wait. After 45 minutes of nobody being sat and probably half a dozen other people walked out so did we. Hands down the worst IHOP I've ever walked into and will certainly not be back.

Did an online order pickup on DoorDash and the host was extremely polite and had great service, they were very understaffed and very busy and still got my food out at a reasonable time and it was sooo good :)

I made a take-away order and specifically showed them what I wanted (it was written in a message so that they would not make a mistake) and they put what they wanted !! They didn't put anything I asked for and the worst thing is that a person was just doing me the favor of picking it up and bringing it to Ontario from Nampa and that's why I can't just go back to change it, when I called the Restaurant just to tell them to be more careful I asked someone to speak Spanish and I heard how they made fun on Spanish and they told me that no one spoke Spanish, what a horrible service this was my favorite restaurant but no more

Now i understand why Dennys is not in our area anymore. Staff was busy but were so amazing! Just a great all around breakfast at a chain restaurant.
Wish I had even gotten the chance to taste the food. I ordered take out and they said half an hour on the phone. An hour later, no food in sight and no sign of anyone coming to help me. Not a good time :(

Went there last night, Monday night, and had a great experience. Sat and chatted with a girl who works there before her shift started. Great conversation. Then our server was amazing!! He was on top of everything knew the whole menu, and everything that we could mix and match. He was kind and friendly, he was very respectful and made our night enjoyable. One of the best if not best male servers I've ever experienced anywhere. I didn't get his name but from my receipt it's S. Ernest. Super cool, super fun, and just an amazing experience with him. Left him a 25$ tip. That good.

Bussin food only thing that went wrong was that I ordered a burger but it didn't come with fries I'm confused aren all burgers supposed to come with fries or am in the wrong
