“I would like special acknowledgment to go to Dustin. He was very prompt. He took my order courteously and was fast. The Caldwell 10th Ave location had lack of employees this past weekend. One female was working all alone. I can tell that they needed someone reliable like Dustin to be there. A person who takes pride in there job! This new generation does not take pride in their work. We need more hardworking Americans like Dustin and that lady who was alone at the Caldwell llocation.“

“You know what all depends on what time you go, because if you go in the middle of the night like I did today and the people are not having a good day the food isn't that great,
I'm not complaining about Jack in the box cuz I love Jack in the box it's just sometimes a workers don't make it a good experience“

“I recently visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service from Vanessa and Amari. From the moment I pulled up, they were friendly and efficient. Vanessa took my order with a warm smile, making the whole experience feel welcoming. Amari was quick to get my food ready, and I hardly had to wait at all.

Everything was just as I ordered, and the food was hot and fresh. It’s nice to see a team that works well together and genuinely cares about their customers. If you’re in the mood for some fast food, I definitely recommend swinging by this location. Great job, Vanessa and Amari!“
