Came in a couple times late night this week on my woke lunch and Johnny provided some great and quick service helping me get my food and not taking up all of the lunch 10/10!

Stopped by late night. Ordered a milkshake online. They said the machine was down but offered something similar. Was quick and very friendly. Johnny had great customer service.

The food was good. Their service was great and friendly. Jack in The Box staff were more than helpful and courteous when I dropped the cherry on my strawberry shake. Some tables/floor was a little messy must've missed the lunch rush.

It's nice that they only are helping drive through while lobby is waiting for over 15 minutes for our orders or more. It's bad service. I might as well go through the drive through and reorder my food because it would be faster than waiting here.

Just had a horrible experience on Christmas morning from Jony our cashier he was mean and disrespectful. I started the conversation with merry Christmas and thank you for being open he responded with just ok what do you want with a condescending tone. I said a double cheese burger he said we don't have those???? And instead of him helping me out he decides to continuing to put me down over wanting 2 pieces of meat with cheese on a bread bun. After paying, my wife notice he blacked out his name on the receipt with a black marker we asked for his name and he would not give it to us. So instead we asked for help from someone else. He lied in front of his fellow coworkers that we where rude. Me and my wife where finally able to get a another copy of the receipt with his name on it. We asked for our money back and gave them the food back because we didn't trust eating the food. This was the worst service I've ever had!!! he was rude from the start, and had it out for us right from the beginning!!!! He deserves to be fired so he can't be rude to other customers!!

I had the most exhilarating time at my local jack in the box so to start off they did give us all are food but forgot one hamburger and through all the stuff the manger ended up buying us the burger we were missing and a cheesecake so we really appreciate him making it right and then going the extra mile. Recommend 100%

My food was cold and order was wrong. I was there twice today and my order was wrong. Drink carrier was off balance and drinks never made it home. I will not be going back.

This place is horrible at completing orders...they constantly leave out some food items and sauces...doesn't matter if you're there in person or order online....they also make you park out of the drive thru even if nobody is behind me just to look better on their drive thru wait times

The 12th AVE Jack in the Box should probably just shut their drive thru down. They don't know how to operate it properly. Doesn't matter if anyone is in the drive thru or not, they make you park your car in a stall and then you have to wait 10-15min before they slowly walk to your car thats what they call "fast food". If I wanted that kind of service I would have just parked and went inside and ordered to go. This isn't an understaffed problem either, I seen 10-12 employees in there, most of them on their phone.

I actually love the food here but the drive through situation is A NIGHTMARE. They have everyone park in random spots around the parking lot and you have have to wait 20 minutes while they run around and try to find your car. There HAS to be a better way to do this! Place and order in the app at 4:40 that says it's ready at say 4:47, and you're still waiting for everything at 5:10, even though the app says it's completed!
