so when i got home and started to eat my gremlin munchie meal i gave my mom a chicken strip and she took a bite of it and there was a bone in it that i doubt is supposed to be in there. Which is kind of upsetting because i wasn’t expecting it and she really could have got hurt.

Another Update on 4/27/24: Still no receipt. Why is it so hard to give a receipt upon purchase? This is ridiculous.
Updated: Ordered online. They took the Ice-cream machine down during business hours and couldn't give me a refund for a shake I paid for. Still no receipt... I ordered via the app 1 mile away and when I received my food, 1 minute from ordering, they just tossed old cold food in the bag. Fries were old and cold, burger had been sitting for a long time as was cold. Ridiculous.
They never give receipts in the drive-thru. It's hard to call and complain about missing food or wrong orders when they won't give you a receipt.
Just watched a customer come in and ask for ranch. The front desk lady was rude to her and told her she needed to buy some. The customer said she just made a large order and only received 2. The front desk girl said it was their policy. The customer told her to show the policy then the lady at the front said it’s ok and gave her a bag I’m assuming it had ranch. Word of advice jack in the box, the customer is simple. Don’t complicate things and give people the sauce you’re supposed to give. What a silly scene for the employee to make for such a small request. I would be pissed if they tried to tell me to pay for ranch lol

The manager, she said her name was Athesia was terrible. She has died blonde hair fake eyelashes and was there running the front counter just now at 1:15. I couldn’t understand her when she brought the food out. I had to park even though my food was brought right to me. Was stale, had broken ranch and I order 10 tacos a large fry and a jumbo jack. She only gave two ranch and then the bag also had a broken ranch that made a mess. I was feeding 4 other kids. When we realized how little of ranch they gave I had my oldest son go back in and ask for more ranch. Athesia or the manager said he would need to pay. She clearly was having a bad day. Mind you my son is only 12. I’ve never in my 30+ years of going to fast food have had someone say you needed to purchase ranch. Let alone only give a couple for how much we ordered. We said please thank you and order thoroughly. I worked fast food when I was younger. She was terrible. When I went in and asked why she only gave so little and had a broken one in the bag and why she would need my son to purchase one. She said it was her policy. So I asked her to bring up my order and have it make sense on two ranch for a large order. She then said it doesn’t matter and gave a bag of ranch. I don’t use the word often, but she is wretched. Her look, her personality and her service all were terrible. My family eats out every single day wether it’s lunch or dinner. Won’t eat here for some time. Taco Bell is right next door. Avoid terrible service and avoid this jack in the box.

Ive been homless for a while and these guys let me charge my phone and sit here while so without any problems amazing staff too they brought me French frys out the other day when I was pretty hungry good people fast food good food good job you guys

Ordered food on the kiosk and then decided to pay at the register only to stand there for ten damn minute while employees just walked around. I get that your working but if you see someone at the register at least acknowledge they are there. I wouldn't bring your family's here
I want to say this was about the 6th time in a row that a place messed up my order. We pay for what we want and that's what we should get. I absolutely despise the tacos from jack in the box. I used to like them til I worked there in the past. But on this lovely evening we stopped to grab dinner with our kids at this location. I ordered my usual burger and I also ordered the loaded fries which I was beyond excited about. Of course in the drive through. You'd think with my string of bad luck id check the bag but we drove off too soon and I didnt check it til we were far enough down the road to justify turning back. I open my box thats supposed to have my loaded fries and what do I get? A box of mini freaking tacos!

We waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru with only about 6 cars ahead of us at midnight. The line barely moved, and there was no communication or apology from staff. I understand things get busy or short-staffed, but an hour wait for fast food is excessive. The staff was nice but definitely not the experience you’d expect from Jack in the Box. Hope they get things sorted out for future customers.
