DON'T TREAD ON ME
They need someone who speaks fluent English to work the drivethru. The lady couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. It was a complete disaster. In the end I left with something I didn't want/paying more than I should have because of it. I should have just pulled off and left empty handed. I will not return.

Probably the slowest place ever for drive through. 20 minutes for 2 large fries.....only for them to be cold and not fresh. It almost seems like multitasking is not an option. They handle one car at a time and have sit there until they are done with the previous car before taking your order.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches this morning, and whoever was working must just not care about this business. Both sandwiches were smashed flat all the way down to pancakes! You could even see the hand print. Smashed food, and when we opened them, no bacon, no care or quality. I used to think Jack in the box was good but this was my the breaking point for me. Wasted 10 bucks.

I would like special acknowledgment to go to Dustin. He was very prompt. He took my order courteously and was fast. The Caldwell 10th Ave location had lack of employees this past weekend. One female was working all alone. I can tell that they needed someone reliable like Dustin to be there. A person who takes pride in there job! This new generation does not take pride in their work. We need more hardworking Americans like Dustin and that lady who was alone at the Caldwell llocation.
