This location is the worst jack in the box I've gone to. If you can travel a little further just go down to the Franklin road location. This location will make you wait at the speaker for 5-10 minutes every time if there's even just 1 car at the window. And they have never gotten my order fully correct once. It's always missing something and/or wrong items. They do not care at this location.

Food is good. Sadly the place has gotten more disgusting regarding how dirty and grimy the tables and chairs have gotten. We came in before noon and just a few people in the store and all the tables were dirty. Thankfully we had wipes to clean ourselves. Ordered food and they forgot my three piece jalapeño poppers. I had to go back in line took 30 minutes waiting in line. There was no apology, they gave me the worst jalapeño poppers. They were half the size of my pinky which I’m a female with small hands. I feel like they punished me for asking for what I paid for. It’s a good lesson about fast food. America needs to cook at home and destroy the fast food industry.

I ordered 52$ worth of food. Instead of giving me a sausage croissant meal like I ordered they gave me only the drink and replaced my fries and sandwich with a chocolate cake? Mind you I waited 30 minutes to get my food. How can you possibly mess something up so bad. Never spending money at the Caldwell Blvd location in nampa nor will I ever tell anyone to eat there again. Sad service and even sadder food.
