All around garbage, not only did we get rushed out of the drive through to make us wait out front for almost 20 mins as we watched other cars get there food through the drive through, then we get our food which was cold, then no receipt, we get home only to see some of our order is missing, so we try calling and no one answers the phone after 9 attempts!!! This place is horrible absolutely the worst jack in the box I have ever been to! Will neverrrrrrr go back and probably won’t go to another Jack in the ass, because this seems to start being the norm for these places!!!! O and then they say to reach out to them so they can make it right but you literally can not even go on there to complain , soooooo ridiculous

Not very impressed with store 6038, and the employees that work there. Came two days in a row, once into the lobby with my family, and the second day by myself through the drive-through. The lobby experience was mediocre. We ordered food for the entire family off of the value menu. At the time of our arrival, the only people inside of the restaurant were an older adult couple who were already almost finished with their meal. The drive-through at the time only had one to two cars in it as well. We ordered our food, sat down, and it took quite a while for us to receive it. Additionally, the tacos were a lot greasier than normal, my chicken sandwich patty was just above warm, and our kids, chicken nuggets seemed like they had been staged and werent fresh. Jack In The Box is one of my favorite franchises, which is part of the reason why I’m posting this review, because a lot of the ones that I’ve been to in the treasure Valley pretty much hold a solid 4.0 to 4.8 star rating in my book, but this one definitely needs some attention.
With regards to my drive-through experience, I ordered three eggrolls and a SMALL sized Sprite. Upon pulling up to the window, I received a big cup and stated i had asked for a small. I was informed that was their regular size. I smiled and accepted the drink and set it down, but after my server left the window, I looked at the cups and saw a small size one literally underneath their “regular sized” one. This small cup was the same size I was given the day prior with my family when i asked for water. While i understand certain locations may not carry the clear plastic cups, words matter, so im a bit shocked that i was dismissed when the size option was right there… Further more the regular sized drink was $2.59 pre-tax. I figured it was close to $3 as it brought my total eggroll order to $9. While i understand the difference in price between the small cup and regular might seem nominal, i asked for the small for specific reasons: 1.) I am working off of a budget and was trying to stick to that. This to some extent disrupted that 2.) I did not want to drink as much soda as I was given and the entire purpose of asking for the small size was to get my fill then be done, not drink what I think is the amount i want and then waste the excess.
Overall, I am disappointed in the experience that I received, and the fact that I had to ask for a receipt in order to validate my thoughts on why my order costed as much as I did. I will also be completing the survey that I received on the receipt. It might sound a bit silly/petty to say, but the free sandwich from ordering the same like item will at least be some form of restitution for this experience.

Unbelievable, I’ve never seen Jack in the Box tacos look so disgusting. Cold to the touch and saturated with oil. They look like they tried to deep fry them multiple times. Right in the trash! I wouldn’t feed this to an animal.
Awful customer service. Woman at drive thru was as short as possible and a very bad attitude.

This place must be terrible at their numbers!!! Every time i pull through the drive-through i pay and they have me park in the front for even something as small as 1 chicken jr and a drink! Then wait for 10+ minutes
Went there late at night the worker Miranda was great even with all the other people being rude to her she was very nice to me was great service haven’t seen better service in a while hope she gets a raise !!!

Spent $20 on tacos and come home to notice they’re all overcooked and the meat is burnt. I threw them away

I ordered my food and got to the window and was asked to pull around front which is fine they were a bit busy. After waiting verified that the sauce I asked for at the window was in there and it wasn’t. He went and got the sauce and came back and I left. Halfway home my son realized there was only one of the two curly fries that I ordered in the bag and I had to turn around and go back for the second. Once I got home I realized that the 5 piece chicken tender that I ordered and payed for was only a 3 piece. The 13 piece Toney taco that I ordered only had nine tiny tacos in it and was supposed to be a loaded one and barely had any toppings on it. I work in customer service myself and hate leaving bad reviews but this experience by far has been the worst one I’ve had a jack in the box ever. I feel scammed because I did not get what I paid for.

Line was held up with a car that had a large order. I just had 2 items. I went around the waiting car and went inside to pick up my order. That totally three them off! They finally gave me my order. With large orders perhaps you could do something like other fast food establishments and have them park and take them there order!
Placed a mobile order, arrived at the restaurant and there was only one worker. I was parked, waited about 15 minutes for $32 worth of food, was missing a fry. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I went back through to get the fry they missed.
Get home, everything is ice cold except the tiny tacos, the sandwich is the complete wrong sandwich, and after we each took a couple bites we had to stop eating for fear of getting sick. Tried to call to work out a refund, got no answer, so we had to submit a complaint online.
DO NOT go to this location unless you want to waste money and have to go to work hungry because your food is inedible. Hadn’t had Jack in the box in over a year because is always like this now, and next time we will NOT be giving Jack in the box another chance.

I don't see how this location is open. Morning or evening when you go people standing in there just talking and won't take orders or they tell you that they're understaffed and it's gonna be half an hour for a sandwich.

Went there and arrived at 10:17 pm when I arrived in line. It was 10:59 (42 minutes) when I finally got food... not the right food as I paid for loaded tiny tacos and got regular and ordered an ultimate bacon cheese and got what I think is a triple bonus jack... they were kind of short at the window as well. Pity. A few years ago that store was pretty good.
