What is the point in customizing your sub if the directions are not followed? We ordered 3 giant subs to take out of town for the day and asked that onions, oil and vinegar be placed on the side so that our onion haters were happy and subs were not soggy. We thought that tipping $10 would ensure the directions would be followed. Please pay attention to the details of each order to ensure a better customer experience.

The Meat on both of our Philly cheesesteaks I don't think is real meat, if it is, it's dry and tasteless Very little mushrooms and peppers Prices were fair and reasonable I asked for mine to be grilled, it wasn't My 1st visit here and I am disappointed 😞 sent a message to corporate hopefully they eat their own subs so they know what I'm talking about and change the meat Service was excellent and atmosphere a 10 Would not eat my sub

On Friday around 11:00 am I was sent to this shop with two coupons gifted to my bosses office. No where on the coupon does it specify that it is only one per person per visit. It was very uncomfortable to watch as one employee stopped another employee from making the two sandwiches due to their opinion on the coupon. My boss was not happy when I returned to the office with this story. We enjoyed boise fry company instead 😋

I went into this establishment approximately a week and a 1/2 ago. In order a fully steak and ate it there. The steaks that I've had at other Jersey. Mike's were 3 times the size. When is service was a lot nicer? People don't have time for customers here. This is very disappointing for a person that has been to 3 or 4 Jersey. Mike's across the country sorry

My sandwich had so much oil on it that the bread was soggy and the sandwich was dripping oil. Yuck! I've eaten their before and it's always been good until this. Probably won't go back. Had to throw it away!
