This place sucks at delivering. My first order ever was on April 24th, 2024 and I never got it. I call and was just given refund. Today I order because I thought I would try again and people get their orders where it's being delivered but sadly nope. Once again, no food and hungry. Just last week my boss got food from here and got it no problem. Must just be me because this is the 2nd time it has happened. Why do you hate me jimmy?!? Update: Got my food but it was over an hour later.

Well normally I love Jimmy John’s but today they really screwed up. I got the beach club unwich that I love and it was missing half the ingredients that make it so yummy. It had 1 cucumber slice at the end, it was completely missing the avocado spread and the mayo was barely there. Very disappointed in my unwich today.

The most skimpy sandwich ever... I ordered a turkey Tom sandwich and I was so scammed... They literally only gave me one slice of turkey meat... I also ordered cheese for a 1.09 extra and never got the cheese... So disappointed

I love this place! It is pricey but the subs are full of meat and just enough veggies. All the chip flavors are good. I can't say enough about the staff, they always greet you with a smile and acknowledge that they saw you. Personal story: I went in today and for some reason the card machine wouldn't take my debit card. After trying several times and slowing down the line, I told the cashier take the next person and sorry for the inconvenience. He told Me to try one more time, it declined. He pushed some buttons and said enjoy your meal. I was like ok, then when I looked at my recite he had used his employee meal to cover my food. Side note: I later realized that I was putting in the wrong pin number and the card machine was not at fault, it was my lack of memory.

I ordered on line for delivery. After an hour I called store to see where the order was , it was still in the store. They said it would be right over as I work in the same business complex. I waited another 39 nothing . I called back and they said it’s been out for delivery. I am so confused

There are THREE Jimmy Johns locations near me. ALL of them are within 3 to 4 miles away. NONE of them deliver to my address location which has a ton of Apts. Called Jersey Mikes instead and got my sandwich on. These guys advertise freaky fast delivery ??

I'd like to think a 9$ sandwich isn't worth risking peoples lives. Just got ran off the road but a extremely aggressive delivery driver in a white Nissan Sentra. After narrowly missing me and pushing me off the road the driver proceeded to swerve in and out of busy traffic doing atleast 60-70mph. For what!? A possible 5$ tip!! Who dose this place have representing their business.
