This place was easy to get to and they're were no lines.Parking was a bit far from easy but well worth the stop. Besides a couple of paramedics, I had the place to myself.Nice and clean...No Flies and that is a big deal.Thanks team.

Normally, I like Jimmy John's. There sandwiches are always the same, do you know exactly what you're getting. This time however, they got my sandwich wrong, and instead of owning it, the guy was an absolute prick. I really don't need their crap in my life

Disappointed with what I got. They were very stingy with the ingredients. Paper thin meat. Hardly any vegetables. Bread was sort of hard. Prices higher than competition. Guess the sandwich maker was having a bad day. But will not be going back.

Employees confirmed that the manager makes people come in even with covid or flu!!!because the managers don’t want to cover…Just an fyi and trying to keep people safe! Do not eat here! I heard this information a couple days prior to this date im posting, yuck

Literally felt like we were inconveniencing the employees on this 11am shift. Not one smile. Just felt very uncomfortable and awkward. First time we’ve had that experience with a JJ’s.

We've rarely had good customer service at Jimmy John's. But we just went to this location for dinner this evening and Tabatha waited on us through the drive thru. She was very polite, patient, and provided great service. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised, as most other locations we've felt rushed and as if we were being an inconvenience. So I hope her manager reads the reviews and she's noticed and praised as she deserves.
Mixed feelings. The food was fine and some of the employees were nice. There was a couple that couldn't make a simple alterations on a sandwich for a 2yo.

Personally love Jimmy Johns and eat there on a regular basis, but I will no longer go to this Jimmy Johns and would much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location.Was looking to grab a quick bite to eat the other night and when approaching the door an employee saw us coming and then ran over and locked the doors at 8:50. We knocked and was rudely ignored by staff. What is frustrating about this is that we have been told that Jimmy Johns policy is that the doors must remained unlocked during business hours and the front doors are not to be locked until 9:10. This comes down to pure laziness of staff as well as came across very disrespectful.Returned there today to try and resolve the issue and asked if they had changed their hours from 9 to 8:45 and was treated very disrespectfully by staff and management as well as had employees lying saying we had not come till 9:15 when that is not the case. I highly urge people to go to a different Jimmy Johns location in the valley where they will actually be respected.
