First off, I have to say that this review is not just for this particular location, it's for most of the locations in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho. That being said, this location is one of the offenders, not the worst of them. It all has to do with what and how I order, I get a particular sandwich and then ask that the tomatoes be put on the side and for the sandwich to be cut in half. This doesn't seem like much but a good 75% of the time they can't get it right, even if the person taking the order has done their job, the folks who make it don't follow what I see on the receipt. Now, I don't know how things work in the process so I don't know if the folks who make the food actually see what I have told the order taker or not. I have to guess that they don't given how often it doesn't happen. Anyway, it doesn't seem that it's too hard to do but the numbers tell me otherwise.

My sandwich arrived timely, but it looked like it had a rough time before it got to me. I had to reassemble it to be able to eat it. Also, the bread was smashed AND "torn".

First time, so excited to come to this location, only to be disappointed and Just sat in drive thru for over 20 min with only 2 cars ahead of us, then handed out the wrong sandwiches, once we checked out bag, noticed it wasn't our order. So we let them know, said our order wasn't even on the line ? , waited another 5 min for 3 sandwiches the way they come. Never coming back again. Being an old employee of jimmy Johns I was severely confused as to why it took as long as it did. Knowing drive thru times should be 3 min or less. Wasn't even busy ?.

Had issues over two years ago at this location. Thought I gave it enough time but y'all suck. Missing items, unmarked sandwiches, and the icing on the top, the sandwiches were unsliced. Small things maybe but not for $17.50 a sandwich. I was thinking about calling to complain but I really don't want to be blamed for their mistake AGAIN.
was helped by a guy with a pony tail, none of our food was even remotely correct and we had to wait for fifteen minutes just to give us our food with no condiments on it and it contained half of the ingredients that go on the sandwich, not one but two of our sandwiches were wrong, and we had to wait to purchase another bag of chips that we had already asked for. the food would have been great if it was correct.

I ordered a blt tonight. I took a bite of my sandwich and there was jalapeños on it. I have stomach issues when it comes to spice. And was not expecting that.
