Obviously new employees don’t get good training. First visit, I was charged twice for my meal and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a refund (2 emails and a phone call to the GM). Third visit, drive through employee kept my credit card. Now I have to get a new credit card and change all my accounts. I will never go here again.

What do I have to do to get this location to remember the mayo packets? I ask for them literally every time I order and the only time I actually got them was the one time I forgot to tip, almost like it was passive aggressive? I prefer to tip for my delivery, but if the only way to get what I'm actually asking for is to not tip then I guess I'll have to stop. Please get out together.
My experience at this Jimmy John’s was life-changing. Antonio and Cody’s customer service was on point and the sandwich was perfectly toasted. There was plenty of meat and toppings, it was well worth the money. The store was clean and well organized too, which is rare. The food came out quick and was wonderful.

Dont waste your money at this franchise location. Each jimmy johns operates independently. This one has decided customer service is not important just look at the reviews. I went here today to try one of the toasted subs but im not a fan of ham so i asked to substitute turkey (which is a cheaper meat) they charged me for the ham and the turkey costing me 18 bucks and change for a single sandwich. Find a diffrent jimmy johns to go too. Theres also blimpys just down the road. Nevet tried blimpys but anythings better than the way this franchise treats customers.

Burnt bread on an untoasted order. Worst JJs experience ever and I didn’t have time to go back. Threw the sandwich out instead. Oh and I almost forgot, what kind of sandwich place “no longer carries Dijon mustard? FFS. Garbage.

After we ordered our food they just threw our sandwiches on the counter didn't even give us bags to put our food in. I had to grab our own bags when the lady just sat there and watched me . For spending almost 80 dollars in sandwiches you would think you would get better Customer service. To top it off i got the chicken bacon ranch foot long that cost almost 22 bucks and I couldn't even eat it it was nothing but mush chicken didn't seem even cooked .

I've found the quality of my Jimmy John's sandwiches to be quite inconsistent. Frequently, they arrive uncut even when requested, items are missing, and orders are not properly labeled. This happens nearly every time I order, and I've only received two completely accurate orders out of dozens.
