Had issues over two years ago at this location. Thought I gave it enough time but y'all suck. Missing items, unmarked sandwiches, and the icing on the top, the sandwiches were unsliced. Small things maybe but not for $17.50 a sandwich. I was thinking about calling to complain but I really don't want to be blamed for their mistake AGAIN.

was helped by a guy with a pony tail, none of our food was even remotely correct and we had to wait for fifteen minutes just to give us our food with no condiments on it and it contained half of the ingredients that go on the sandwich, not one but two of our sandwiches were wrong, and we had to wait to purchase another bag of chips that we had already asked for. the food would have been great if it was correct.

In drive thru I ordered 2 jumbo sandwiches with vinegar and oil , with mayo and mustard on side. Sandwiches were completely dry with no mustard or mayo in bag. Not good for 34.00

Apparently it's too difficult to put hot peppers on a sandwich. This has happened almost every time I have been to this location. Even had a feeling they would forget to put them on there so I asked for a side of hot peppers which I never received either. I guess cutting a sandwich in half an putting a few peppers on it is too much to ask. Morons work at this location just an fyi

The app said order online to pick-up in the drive-thru, still had to wait through the entire line and it wasn't freaky fast.

Delicious food, but not freaky fast anymore. Waited in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. This long wait was after I had paid.

20 mins to get through the drive thru, not freaky fast. Also fix your drive thru entrance because of the tree right there you swing wider and I got high centered over the curb. Apparently this isn’t new because the oil change place next door helped me out and they said they come help people get unstuck twice a month at least.

I used to love this location. They have always been great and prompt with my food. However, the last 2-3 months they have gone down hill fast. I continue to have issues with my order every time I go. A month ago, I asked for extra turkey in my Beach Club, they put roast beef. When I called to speak to the manager or supervisor, she was not sympathetic and instead stated “we can make you a new one.” So I had to drive all the way down there to get a new sandwich. When I got there she was short and never once apologized for the mistake.Tonight, not only did I wait 15 minutes for my order, I had also asked for extra turkey (again) in my beach club and I PAID for extea turkey. However, when i checked my sandwich before i left (because of the continued mistakes in the past), there was no extra turkey. I went back to the window to receive a refund and the employee at the window looked like she was the supervisor and she was not happy to see me nor did she apologize once again for making a mistake. She said “I could make you a new sandwich or give you the side of turkey.” I declined because at this point I’ve had enough and I don’t want them touching my food. I do want to point out that the gentleman who helped me fix my ticket was gracious, he apologized to me and was amazing from the very start. But this place DESPERATELY needs new management.Again, I truly love Jimmy John’s and have been a long time customer and this is the only one closest to my house. So PLEASE fix the problem so others and myself can enjoy our food once again.
