The wife and I both ordered the Farmers Breakfast. The eggs were cooked fine. The hash browns were the worst we have ever had. As described there was some ham and green pepper in them. The ham was a very thin sliced like deli ham and 3 or 4 pieces of green pepper. The potatoes were hot but there was absolutely nothing browned and crispy at all . Towards the center of the pile of hash browns was quite wet and soggy. The sourdough toast was pretty dry.
Maybe they had a new cook yesterday. That was our first and last time eating there. With a 4.5 star rating who would have ever thought that.
The place seemed clean and the servers were fine as well.

This is not the Honker Cafe I ate in as a younger human. It IS the same feel and their food is as delicious as I remember. Lots more room to wiggle around. Menu is simple and straightforward. Biscuits and gravy are above and beyond. Also if you need a home stop in next door and ask for Matt LeBaron. Great family businesses tied ❤️ Nampa pride.

Pleasantly surprised, justed walked in and was greeted with a cozy/home like atmosphere. This place isn't trying to be flashy or try to justify why a breakfast should be $20 a plate. Lebaron does an amazing job being a breakfast restaurant. Simple menu items that doesn't go for pages on end. Great portion sizes, fair prices.
