Worst service ever the manager should be coming up and helping out when the lobby is full. I see her back on her phone then goes and starts helping make food which is fine, but someone else is doing it take care of the customers rather then having them sit there for 10 min waiting just to get a quick pizza other little casers are not like this.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Was treated so poorly by the staff and even other customers all because my food THAT I PAID for was incorrect and I couldn't get anyone to actually stop and listen to help me. The manager David P has zero customer service skills and should not be around customers nor the other staff. He was yelling at the cashier when I came in and they continued to fight and argue the whole time. I was cussed out by some little girl that was working in the back and all this was after waiting 30 minutes past the promised time. I was told my order was ready before I headed to the store I should not have been treated like that as a paying customer and it doesn't matter how busy you are you need to complete the orders correctly, timel tf, and professionally. I will be contacting the district office and escalating this issue.

I ordered a stuffed pizza if green peppers and pineapple and bread sticks and a dessert when I got the food my pizza did not have the toppings and I never got my dessert it took over a hour to get my food never ordered here again.!

I come here every Saturday to get pizza for my coworkers. Quality can vary with little ceasers but this one has been consistently good.
I see the same worker every time I go there and Melissa has been the nicest little ceasar worker I’ve met and she has consistently provided me with great service.

Literally a full hot and ready menu and yet 3 hours befor close they dont seem to have a single item on the hot and ready menu hot and ready, even a simple bread stick or regular pepperoni they say 15 minuts for. I can see stuff clearly in the warmer but get told they have nothing. Aren't they sopposed to be known for the hot and ready pepperoni pizza?
They became friends for knowing them for years. Now we feel like a family group that has each others back in Nampa. Even the cops are North siders even they are cops. They are cool

I ordered delivery, I had a pizza ,crazy combo and a 2ltr soda. When my order came it only had the pizza a red sauce. I called customer service and they said they would give me a 15% refund, and would not be delivering the missing product so I requested a full refund for the items I was missing which was $6. I was told I'd receive an email about getting the refund. Today only $1.91 was refunded.

The rude lady on the phone cut him off immediately and said “yes we do yes we do what can I get for you?!!” with the BIGGEST attitude I’ve ever heard. Hear me out: the food here is GREAT, but ONLY if you order during the lunch hours on weekdays. Whoever is working those shifts is doing it right! It's always perfectly cooked all the way through and everything arrives exactly as ordered. BUT if you order any other time of the day/week, it will be either over or undercooked, and somehow also always lacking in the cheese category. I have no idea how the other cooks differ from the weekly lunch crew, but it's to the point now where I know to only order within that specific window of time, and don't ever bother otherwise because it's just not worth it. Pay that weekday lunch crew more right now!
