If you're going to wait 10+ minutes (drive through) for a torta (barria). It will be SOGGY. 1/10 wouldn't recommend buying something that you think will get soggy by the time you get it. The bottom bun couldn't be salvaged so I had to eat the torta with the top bun like beans and toast.

I would give it a 3 of food taste, and a 1 one customer service. I have been there twice now and had to deal with a lady there ( don’t know name but has tattoos on her hands and arm) she is extremely rude and wants to argue every time. First time I asked for the guacamole to be on the side instead of in my burrito, she proceeded to charge me extra which lead to an argument. Tonight I picked up food for family and 3 bites into my burrito probably a 10”hair comes out. My wife drove back to get it remade and was caught off guard with “ you’re a liar, how do I know it’s not your hair?” No apologies or we will remake it no problem. She was met with rude remarks and attitude. This lady is terrible and needs to be fired!

Ordered the cheese enchiladas meal to go on 9/11/24 at 2:30pm. The cheese was not melted at all. The center of the enchilada was cold. The red enchilada sauce was way too salty and I could not eat it! This cook should be fired or re-trained. He obviously does not care to put any effort into preparing the food.
