Los Betos BY THE IDAHO CENTER

If I could give this a zero I would. I’ve lived around this area for literally over 15years. When they first opened up this location it was pretty decent until management changed or staff was changed. Something happened where after I went a few times I got really sick and got food poisoning from the food. Every single person that has gone to that location including my family has gotten sick from that place due to the food. My kids dad got my son a chicken quesadilla yesterday and didn’t know this is probably the worst Los betos you could go to. Anyways he fed it to our son and now my son is sick. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business after all these years. I’d really like for them to just replace the business with a better food spot that isn’t Los betos. The other ones in the valley are amzing and have amazing quality however this location in garrity makes a bad reputation for their business . It’s awful

🤔 Its probably just me , but I feel like they cook everything with the same grease/oil , ive ordered breakfast burritos(no meat) a few times , they still taste like hella asada haha 🤢 not the real carne asada but the restaurants carne asada if you know that I mean. 🫡

Probably one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. Terribly wrapped and falling apart. The meat is supposed to be carne asada and is extremely low quality. Totally a sloppy burrito. Would never get again, won’t be surprised if I get food poisoning.

I highly recommend going to any other restaurant besides this location. The older Mexican lady working the window was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked if I could change the order and offer to pull off to the side to wait. Apparently it would be wildly inconvenient to add two additional items to the order. I have been a huge fan of Los betos for 20 years but I would not cry if she found herself unemployed. Hopefully the service will get better.

Real nice gals that worked there. Nice to chat to. First los betos I've been to where they bread the fish on site instead of the frozen sticks. Very good food. We were watching a funny Christmas movie on their TV too. It was a good time

They were rushing me when I was ordering and they told me to go faster, but there was no one behind us.And no one in the lobby.So we just left and went to the other los.Betos, and it was so much better

Worst experience ever. The drive thru lady was so rude telling us we are taking to long to order and the drive thru is supposed to be faster. Mind you there was nobody behind us and nobody in the lobby. We canceled our order and went to the other betos and had great service as always. Will not be returning to this location.

I like los Betos, but I don't like hair in my food! halfway through pulled a long black hair out. i have short hair so it wasn't Me! Gross, wear hair nets!

Grabbed an Idaho Burrito real quick. Quality was high but it was just not a great tasting burrito. Needs some work. Too much sour cream, very little guac and it didn't seem like carne asada it was more like pot roast.

Los Betos is a way better restaurant than Chipotle. They provide a robust amount of food for less. From now on, I will go to Los Betos instead of Chipotle.

Good breakfast burritos

Tried to go here at eight thirty at night since google says open till ten. Store was closed down completely so either google is wrong or something went on. But they should change the hours or something.

Sever according to my receipt was Super ..
I went through the drive through. Ordered the chicken burrito meal. I got to the window paid for my order and he hands me a single burrito.
I told him that I ordered the chicken burrito meal and the gentleman argued with me at the window that "that's not what you ordered. You ordered the chicken burrito add rice". He continued to argue with me. This was the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.

On our way out of town and in a hurry we stopped at Los Beto’s because they were the only food place that wasn’t busy. We asked for a receipt at the drive thru window and the employee had to get an older gentleman who told us the receipt was in the bag and shut the window on us. We emptied the entire bag and there were no napkins, no plastic cutlery for the meals, no sauce and NO reciept. We called them because all the doors at the entrance were locked and they told us go through the drive thru again. Of course now there are four or five cars in line so we waited for the car at the window to leave and approached on foot. We told the employee once again what we needed and they argued that the receipt was in the bag. We explained we wouldn’t be going through all of this if the receipt was in the bag and she closed the window and walked away. We waited and no one came back. We decided to leave because we were holding up the other customers in line. I see why they only have a 1.5 star rating. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment AT ALL. Food was good though and the portions are generous.
