The woman who helped us was so fast and efficient even though it was the middle of the night! All of our food tasted fresh off the fryer, she was clearly working her butt off! Best employee ever, give her a raise

I’m always going to Garrity to get my McDonald’s ,but today I had to go to 12th cause it’s closer to my house and I’m sickkkk. And omg the lady taking my order was rudddeeee!! the manager Kat tried to make excuses for her at first but I checked her (not in a rude way ,she just obviously doesn’t know who’s working what window) I got home to eat my Mc chicken and the lettuce was nasttyyy tasted like sewer 🤢 I’ll definitely be sticking to Garrity
Spent 12 bucks for a breakfast combo and then I was sent on my way with 2 biscuits? I was asked to drive all the way back and waste more time after the manger on duty would not refund the cost over the phone when I am able to provide exact payment and receipt details. They have until Monday to make this right and refund my card or the charge will be disputed with the bank and they can sort it out

I have always enjoyed McDonald's breakfast and lunch foods. I strongly suggest adding extra big Mac sauce to the Big Mac!!

I got two monopoly items from the monopoly menu. Neither of them came with the stickers. I was super disappointed, so i asked a super nice employee if we could get our stickers. She went to the back and then said that the manager wouldn't allow her to get us our stickers. I know that this might not sound like a big deal, but i legit only bought these items to get the stickers. Super dissapointing experience.

Order took over 2 hours to just be canceled while night manager is just disrespectful when I tried to figure out what's wrong with my order terrible service

I placed a mobile order at around 10:20 AM, well before the breakfast cutoff, expecting it to be ready upon arrival. But when I reached the drive-thru at 10:30 AM, I was told breakfast service had ended, and my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Despite paying in advance, I was informed that they only check for mobile orders at the window, leaving me without food and waiting for a refund that wouldn’t come until the end of the day.
The manager, Kat, who identifies as a cat, was unhelpful and dismissive, adding to the confusion and frustration. This left my family disappointed and highlights a broader issue with their mobile ordering system.
I wonder how many more negative reviews this manager, Kat, can accumulate—after all, cats only have nine lives!
I hope McDonald’s takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for everyone.

It was date night with my 3 year old grandson and of course he chose McDonald’s. I was very impressed, the restaurant was clean, the employees were great and the food was hot and fresh. In addition the kids play area was very clean
