Used the mobile app to order ahead. Arrived to the drive thru and gave them my code. Sat in drive through for 20 minutes, and when I arrived to the window, they had no record of my order, and I heard an employee say “oh did I forget to put that in” and then I was told by another employee that they were “waiting on my fries” and I needed to pull ahead. I sat there for 10 minutes and watched while 8 cars went through the drive thru behind me and got their orders. 5 more minutes past, the drive thru completely empty, and I finally got my meal with a half hearted apology. Wasn’t even offered a coupon for my troubles. Will never be giving my business to this location again. For the prices you charge, we could at least expect to get moderately decent service. To top it all off, my order was wrong.
March 2026, ordered a filet fish with extra cheese and no tartar sauce. I'm allergic to ingredients they use in their tartar sauce. Not only was there NO cheese, the entire box was full of tartar sauce and it was obviously spite

I'm a Uber driver and I was waiting for and order the manager was yelling at the employees and got mad at an employee for getting a drink. This a billione dollar company and you can't spare a cup for your employee to get a drink it's very cruel and yelling at teenagers who just wanna make a little money is very unprofessional I would love to speak to a ceo this is not ok

This place is the worst McDonald's restaurant in the area! The food is cold, 🥶 the chicken nuggets are cold and dry, and I ordered a large hot tea and requested a second tea bag and they refused the General Manager told me that the only way that I can get another tea bag was by paying for a second large tea. She refused to take care of my complaints. And when I told her that I was going to complain she smirked and told me that she was going to be the one answering my complaints. Terrible customer service!

This location is rediculous! They get my order wrong almost everytime and I wish that was a joke. The only reason I go to this one is because its closer than the Market place one. They ask if you want sauce and never give it to you, you have to check and ask again. All my orders are always missing something, I can't be the only person this happens to. Management needs to create a system where things can be checked.
The worst service I have ever had ! I ordered through the app and waited and waited and never got my food , all I wanted was breakfast, i ordered through the app for breakfast but when I got there they told me I didn't get my order because it was to late for breakfast even though I placed to order 20 minutes before breakfast was over and I was only 5 minutes away but because they were busy I didn't get my food because I didnt say the code before 11? I am beyond done with McDonald's they keep doing this to me every single time I try to use the application it never ever plays out well I never get the right food they always mess up my order it sucks so bad because I used to love McDonald's I used to work for McDonald's but now, McDonald's just makes me very sad and very angry, it so distressing, this location is particularly horrible they didn't even care they just said you dont get your coffee you don't get your food and had me wait and wait just to tell me that and now I hope the money goes back on my card because you can't cancel the order on the application this is terrible 😔

The food is pretty good, not bad speed either. Service is hit or miss depending on the day and employee. Want sauce for your nuggets? Nope. 8 out of 10 times they dont give you their sauce.

These people are genuinely stupid. They continued to repeat messing up our order. We went inside and waited for like 20 minutes for them to fix it. Just for us to drive home and realize they messed it up again. So we drove back and they gave us what we ordered while the (im assuming) manager loudly talked about us to her employee for us to hear but wouldnt say anything to us. Absurdly horrible service and I will be reporting. Thank you.

The woman who helped us was so fast and efficient even though it was the middle of the night! All of our food tasted fresh off the fryer, she was clearly working her butt off! Best employee ever, give her a raise
