The people who work there are lazy and don’t care about if the app doesn’t work I recommend not coming to this McDonald’s due to poor service and they’ll just hire anyone everyone has bad attitudes and the food is never fresh I will not be coming back

Constantly ignored when I enter the establishment. Not even a hello we will be right with you, not a smile from any employee ever, and when I had asked about my order I have been spoken to as if I should already know the answer to my question. Just all around poor customer service every single time I have been here.

We came to eat normally as we always do we asked for fresh food and they answered us rudely, then when we ordered our food which was a bacon quarter pounder they gave it to us without bacon, we told them and then they gave me back the same hamburger with 20 pieces of bacon when we only wanted a regular bacon quarter pounder burger with 3 pieces of bacon as it usually comes, the manager had a super inappropriate passive aggressive attitude saying that it was that the person who had made the hamburger had put extra bacon for not having put it before, it seemed rude to me, then I asked for a refound and he totally ignored me and brought me another hamburger, I always come to this place and I had never been treated in this way I definitely don’t want to go back, and I recommend that you don’t come.

We ask for a quarter pounder with bacon and it didn’t come with bacon the first time so we ask for the bacon and the second time we got the burger with like 20 pieces of bacon, and that was on purpose there was no reason to do that, and the employees were not nice every time we asked for anything, we went Saturday 1st at about 11 and the experience was terrible.

Well, it's McDonald's. Sometimes it's great, other times it's not. Today, it was not. Even though we had to wait until lunch started, the meat on the burger was cold and not fresh.

I had an online order placed for the store over 10 minutes in advance. After I arrived I waited for another 10 minutes before asking about my food. They claimed to have no orders placed so I showed them my receipt. In response the manager came out to fix the issue. I have never been treated so poorly in any restraunt before. He was extremely disrespectful and unwilling to help with the issue. The only reason I didn't lower my rating is because the people at the counter were kind and helpful. It was disappointing that nobody there seemed to know what anything was on the menu. I would definitely go to a different store if you are wanting McDonald's

Went to the drive through 9/28 around 9:30. Ordered just fine, paid just fine then i proceeded to the next window. I waited in the drive thru to get my food for almost 10min after paying. Nobody came to the window to greet me or anything then after 10min one of the workers handed me my food and asked if I got my drink i said no and she then handed me drinks about 3/4 full. I checked my food it was cold the fries were cold and the big Mac was missing patties. My happy meal cheeseburger bun was also super hard and felt like it had just been sitting there for a while my kid couldn't eat it. I understand waiting that long if the food was made fresh or if they were super busy but this was not my case. I don't understand how food prices went up but the service is subpar.
