Uber Driver Here! 😀 Came in an was waiting for an order and saw a heavyset lady downy a handful of fries straight from the bin and stuffed her face. I ask what her name was and she said I'm Christy the manager. I said you probably shouldn't be eating fries specially by the handful in front of your customers. She apologized then tried reporting me on Uber for not being the correct person on the account. Luckily they asked for picture verification and everything was okay. As for you Christy. Highly unprofessional.

It’s december 3rd 11:18 2025 and i just went through the drive through to get some food and the two gentlemen working at the windows were so polite one of them went as far as complimenting my car and making conversation,they had great manners and responded with sir and even offered if there’s anything else they could do for me people like that deserve raises and recognition.

As far as McD’s goes, this is a good one. Dining room is open pretty late. Service was fast, and the fries were crisp and warm.

During the day it can be decent but in the past couple months the late night crew has gone down hill. I received refried fries that were soggy and my mcchickens had been sitting there for forever because of the texture of the patties and the buns were stale. Definitely avoid coming anytime after 9.

If you come through the drive thru late you’ll be there for half an hour. If you order a few orders on the mobile app because you want to pay separate than your friends, you’ll have to wait in the line twice because they can only serve 2 at a time. Miserable staff

How hard is it to put the ketchup and salt in the bag for an online order that is clearly on the order slip? This happens all too often. I am disabled and rely on others to pick up my order but now I guess I’ll have to pay them extra to make sure your employees do their job correctly.
nobody asks you what order you’re there for, yet they don’t bring orders to the shelf anymore. So i’m forced to wait until someone decides to come and try seeing if an order they have is mine. i’m a door dasher and the app told me to go through the drive-thru so i did after waiting in the lobby for 5 mins thinking maybe that’s why. I go to the speaker and he said i have to get orders inside and then got off the speaker. So i had to sit in line and wait. Just to stand in the lobby for another 5 minutes.

Very hostile location. No refills, no soda fountain. The staff are offended if you don't use the kiosk to order (I use the kiosk but they were clearly annoyed with the older customer who didn't). Impossible to actually get help with a problem without physically walking into the kitchen. They absolutely do not want you to eat inside here and have ehen dedicated more than half of the parking lot to mobile orders only to further reinforce this. The food is fine, as most McDonald's are.
