I want to share my recent experience. When I arrived, I saw a long line of cars and three others arriving at the same time as me. Instead of waiting in the drive-thru, I decided to go inside and order a simple flavored latte. I was told I would be “put in line,” but I didn’t realize at the time that this meant all in-store customers were waiting excessively while drive-thru orders were prioritized.- so make a note only go through drive through, they don’t want you in the store.- It wasn’t until another customer complained that the staff even started making our drinks. Meanwhile, cars that arrived after me were already served and gone. One customer inside ordered a basic Americano and waited over 15 minutes. Another customer even timed their wait, confirming delays beyond 10 minutes.
However, the worst part of my experience was the quality of my latte. It tasted like hot water with a faint sweetness—completely undrinkable. It seemed as though the same used grounds were being recycled for multiple drinks. Even after letting it cool and trying again, the taste was still awful. When I arrived at my appointment and mentioned stopping for coffee, the people there immediately knew where I had gone without me saying it. They shared that they, too, had terrible experiences. Prioritizing drive-thru orders at the expense of in-store customers, is a shame and you should never come out and say that to customers waiting, like you were shaming us for coming in the store. Never again!!!!

I am thoroughly disappointed in the service of this establishment. The negligence of the employees got my brother assaulted by another customer accusing him of stealing. This customer pushed and knocked the coffee out of my brother's hand. After he asked multiple times if it was his. not one employee paid attention to this encounter. Are we truly not even safe to get coffee Anymore?

I went to get coffee and saw a man get assaulted and his coffee knocked out of his hand by a couple saying the barista told the couple that the man stole the coffee, I would suggest to train to your baristas to fix a situation and not escalate one.

Literally love almost every employee here! Have gotten to know them over a few months and they’re always patient with me as I never know what to get but get the same thing every time when they don’t have the holiday drinks I love. I have 0 bad things to say about these employees and would genuinely love to work here one day!

Very disappointing that the menu is not UPDATED or accurate online. We came in for sandwiches, they did not have any available. They did not have any glass cups for the drinks, while you sat and ate. They acoustics were horrible, so many people were talking loudly with the music blaring you had to yell at the person 2 ft. away from you. I didn’t find it to be an especially clean establishment, but the wait staff was friendly and nice.
