I don't write reviews very often, so it has to really be an experience for me to want to write one. I don't usually go to moxie, let alone, never been to this specific location. Today I went with my mom, we ordered 3 drinks. After the girl rang it up, we handed over the punch card, she looked at it and walked away. My mom continued to do the payment, and waited by the desk with the punch card. The girl came over, kind of rolled her eyes and took the card over to get punched (remind you it only had 1 punch left, we bought 3 drinks) and tossed it back. My mom tried to get her attention to ask for another card, and if she could punch the remainder of the drinks onto the new one. The girl acted irritated with this request, punched the new card and tossed it at the front desk. My mom tried to thank her, but the girl just looked at her and walked away.
My mom mentioned to me she regularly goes to the 12th Avenue location, and will continue to go to that location, the employees located there, have always been extremely friendly and go above and beyond for customer service.
Her interaction today was disheartening and frustrating. The employee acted irritated and inconvenienced; My mother is very kind and soft spoken so the requests were next to nothing. I have worked in customer service myself, I would never interact the way this employee did, with a customer. I understand it can be hard servicing different types of customers every day and sometimes you have negative experiences as an employee, but it should not hinder how you interact with other customers.
I didn't get the employees name, I just know we went mid-day on January 14th, and the girl had dark brown/black hair.

It's been about two or three times that I've gotten a bacon and cheese wrap and I only get eggs, never had this issue in other Moxie's, also the drinks I've been getting have been tasting watered down, how disappointing.

I really love moxie don't get me wrong, the employees are always really sweet
but the iced chai I got was so potent spice wise I literally couldn't drink it because it was like drinking straight spices and burned my throat. And I drink chai constantly. Maybe just avoid their chai!

I hate giving bad reviews because I know what it is like to work customer service and there are going to be off days but this is getting ridiculous. I am highly lactose intolerant and I get my drink with oak milk but it seems that everytime I go to this Moxie I always have extreme reactions that can last for up to 2 days. This never happens when I go the one on Garrity and I now gave go out of my way to go that one. Its even more ridiculous that I pay extra to have oat milk instead of milk. I suggest if you have dairy restrictions to never go to this location!

Absolutely ridiculous how they ask you with your card in their hands if you would like to leave a tip. If I wanted to leave a tip I would leave a tip which we rarely do anymore because coffee isn’t supposed to have coffee grounds in it EVERY-SINGLE TIME and the Red Bulls have been disgusting no matter what we try to do and we loved going here before and everything was great and it was always a 25% tip because of the great service and drinks. I don’t know what changed but it definitely isn’t worth tipping over so we didn’t appreciate the attitude when we said no thanks to a tip

Decided to walk in for a drink today since the drive-thru line was so long. No worries there. Unfortunately, you had 3 gals working behind the bar who served 3 customers in the drive-thru line before coming and taking my order. To clarify, after I walked in, they continued to disregard me and then took people in the drive-thru’s order, make their drinks, and then cash them out, all before taking my order. To be honest, that was a little annoying, but what was even more annoying was when I finally paid the tip options started at 25% and then continued up to at least 35%. I’m always going to tip, but not when I have to go out of my way to push the custom tip option. Management needs to change this for these girls behind the bar. They have to be missing out on tips because quite frankly a minimum of 25% is absurd.
Drive thru is always long which is expected due to morning rush but when your 13 yr old wants to spend her money getting hot chocolate before school, she walks in. They ignore her for a good 5 minutes. But when older kids/adults come in they get helped. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes being the only one in there to get hot chocolate. Do better!

Been coming here for years and brought business to this location. Coffee is good, customer service was not adequate. Was told that I cannot combine my punchcard with my friend. Probably should put this policy somewhere where people can see. Don’t see what is the big deal about combining punch cards ??♀️
We have been a customer for years and today ended that. On our way out of town we are in a van full of children and dogs and pulling a 4 wheeler behind in a small trailer.
We had 2 vehicles in front and no one behind us. At the order box (because 1 of the 2 cars in line was driving off) we were told they would not serve us in the drive thru because we had a trailer and they were “too busy”. A trailer does not affect business. As someone who managed in coffee service for a decade, it would not affect your times either.
You lost a customer as well as a family who nearly always tips 50% at least.
Dutch bros, here we come!
Parking: They won’t let you in the drive thru if you are pulling ANYTHING including a single 4 wheeler.
I ordered two double meat breakfast burritos and I had to eat more than halfway through to get to a peice of meat. My husband had the same experience. We Both also ordered iced coffees and they were so sweet they were thick.
