Smoky Mountain Pizzeria & Grill

My family of four went to Smokey Mountain late Sunday night for dinner. Our waiter was the absolute best!! My husband and kids all had personal pizzas. My daughter’s plate was very hot and with her being so young he was worried about her burning her hands so he went back and got a cooler plate for her to use. He also noted that the bread that came with my fettuccine wasn’t as fresh so he brought me fresh out of the oven bread. He kept up on all our drinks and when it was time for us to pay he brought our ticket and mentioned that because it was Sunday, kids eat free. We had no idea!! Then he brought graham crackers baggies for our kids to enjoy on the way home. He was seriously the best waiter we’ve had in a long time and we made sure he got the best tip for how much effort he put into serving our table. I wish I could mention his name but I forgot to ask. When my husband asked if they had sweet tea to drink he said unfortunately no and how much he wished they did because he was from the south. The food was great but what really highlighted our experience was our amazing waiter!!

We had pizza, fries, salads, salmon, steak, and shrimp scampi. All were excellent. We are coming back! Great server as well.

Consistent quality every time I go. Good food selection if you like pizzaria/grill food. Good service and they do deliver. Happy hour between 3 and 5 plus. Price ranging from 8$-30$.

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner, we sat at the table at 435pm, our order was taken about 440pm. We ordered the cheese tortellini (add chicken), and a Philly cheesesteak. We did not receive our food until almost 520pm. We waited 40 minutes for our food, in a completely empty restaurant (except one table). There was another table that came in around 5pm and they received their food at the same time we did. Our food was lukewarm at best. There was barely any chicken, (see picture). The garlic bread was extremely hard. On the philly cheesesteak, the bread was soggy, the cheese was hardening, and the mushrooms were not cooked, almost raw. They took the tortellini off the bill because of the issues, so we didn’t see how much the added chicken was, however I can’t imagine how much I would have paid for so little chicken. Our food tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for a while. We were not impressed and will probably not be back if this is the way the food is all the time.

Food was great 3 weeks ago. But, this last Sun was anything but that. Thai chicken rolls we're greasy,cold, soggy. We shared a French dip and we both agreed it was barely even warm. The whole experience isn't what we're used to. It's usually good.

Family member called in a to go order for us out of kindness as my wife had surgery. I get there to pick it up and they didn’t take payment over the phone, wrote card number down incorrect which your not suppose to do. I asked why it hadn’t been paid for and she said the computer system doesn’t allow it??

Would love to see the special on longer than 3 depending on the moive. Once we were 3 minutes late and would not give special price.

Went to dinner last night with my family at 6 pm & the waitress who helped us was AMAZING!! she was so sweet and was very attentive! She had light brownish/blonde hair in a clip and glasses! Absolutely keep her! Haven’t had service like that in a long time anywhere I’ve gone.
