Took my kids here because they like sea food and I don't. This place was friendly, clean, and had chicken for me that was tasty! Lol my kids say that the sea food is delicious and want to come back tomorrow!

Well I used to like this place till I got very very sick after eating here. I have been in bed for 2 days now. Shrimp were not cleaned properly. Plus the server came to our table 3 times during the visit. Take order check on drinks and drop food.

I DoorDashed a seafood boil with crab today and when i received it i realized there was bugs (parasites) on my crab every single one of them. I’m truly disgusted in this place for my first time having it and it was definitely be my last time EVER.

I am NOT asking for a refund… Stay away from the Smoked Oysters……
On Nov. 10, I had DoorDashed 12 of this places Smoke Oysters to my house for a little dinner and admittedly they were very good besides 1-2 that had a hint of a sour taste, which at the time I thought was normal.
Come the next day Nov. 11th, FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I could not stay out of the bathroom. Repeated returned with a gurgling belly that would NOT stop but I felt fine and was not any where close to so called “Sick”.
Now today, (Nov. 12th) for me today is THE SICK DAY!!! It’s obviously I have food poisoning from the oysters due to the repeated bathroom breaks and today my ACHING body and severe headache and me not being able to get off the couch without completely hanging my head over my steps walking. I have hence in the past 2hrs started having minor shakes which with ALL combined symptoms correlate to “Food Poisoning”. Again, I’m not asking for a refund because I’m not going to the freaking doctor but I wanna let the restaurant know and people who read reviews that 2days ago this restaurant obviously is selling bad and tainted Oysters.

Ive been here quite a few times, absolutely delicious food and for the price amazing quality. Typically the wait staff is very friendly but just this last experience was off, the waitress had a friendly demeanor but asked in a condescending tone SEVERAL times if we thought it was smart for one of us to have a beer with dinner ( not driving and we even said that), and then totally ignored us after 2 checks while eating. No more drinks or boxes offered, ended up leaving after trying to flag her down a f ew times. Oh well.

This used to be one of our favorite resturants but the quality of the food has gone down , the corn was hard the sauce was not as good as it used to be the coconut shrimp was over cooked and dry my husbands fish was over cooked left in the frier to long we were really disapointed we order the same thing every time we go we got home and both of us got sick to our stomach that never happened before eating there..we wont be going back.
Highly recommend the crab boil , I felt so stuffed and had to leave some fries at the table , we had a good meal !

While the atmosphere was good, my wife became very ill the day after eating at O’Crab. She experienced several severe symptoms that lasted into the next day.
When I contacted the restaurant, the owner said we would need a doctor’s note to receive any compensation. After explaining that a doctor visit would cost nearly as much as the meal, they refused to help in any other way.
We understand seafood carries some risk, but the lack of care or willingness to work with us was disappointing. I hope this review encourages more transparency and customer consideration in the future.
