It was pretty slow when we went in today at 5:00 the waitress was prompt. There were six of us. There is an 18% gratuity for a party is six or more which was fine. They were up front about that. Seafood is expensive but that's expected. It was delicious. There wasn't any music and I could hear the people behind us slurping crab. So we turned music on our phone which I would never do but it was oddly quiet

Food was bland, and we literally had 6 people at our table so they charged us a gratuity I’m sorry but forcing someone to pay a 50 dollar tip is crazy and they double charged us on one of our meals. I use to swear by this place but for what it cost us we could have went to red lobster and got even more food that actually had flavor… our waitress was good I had zero issues with our waitress it’s the principle behind it. I would have left a hefty tip for her because she did do amazing but to force someone to leave a tip of that sum was crazy. So moving forward I will stick with red lobster or country bay bistro.

Our waiter,Sara,was wonderful! We ordered osters and shrimp baskets with lobster bisque and clam chowder and a calamari appetizer. I was not impressed by the chowder but the bisque was good. The osters were small. The shrimp were fairly large. The breading on both a bit overdone but the osters and shrimp themselves were quite good. The calamari was a generous portion and wonderful. We asked for an garlic sauce for dipping and our clever waitress brought the shrimp sandwich spread. Truly great dipping sauce. We will go back.
Update: we went back today July 1. It was awesome. The very best shrimp we've had in a long time. Cooked perfectly, breaded perfectly! We had the calamari appetizer with Thai chili sauce. The best cooked calamari we've had in forever! Seriously impressed with the food today!

I ordered from here online and paid for a lobstertail in my seafood boil and was not given one. The food was alright but I'm so positive it gave me hives since after eating I was ichy all night and have hives on random parts of my body, but I know I don't have any seafood allergies I eat it often.

We showed up at 8 pm. Online says they are open till 10pm door says that also. We were rushed to eat and finish before 9pm. After we left we came down with food poisoning and we were sick for almost a week. Poor customer service and poor quality food. Very disappointed 😞 especially for costing so much $$$$.

I really wanted to like this place. We were visiting from out of town and all hungry after a long drive, the portions were insanely small for the price and everything is very heavily breaded.
The coconut shrimp is fried shrimp with coconut flakes sprinkled on it.
Over all disappointed.

the food was terrible and overcooked, the fryer oil hadn’t been changed and our fish came out way overdone and too much breading, just awful. Had like 3 bites, paid and left. Do not recommend. The service was way slow as well!

Wasn't anything to write home about, the clam chowder was cold and to jelly like. I wouldn't recommend it. The cat fish was a bit gooshy, but the taste was good. The hush puppies were probably the best thing, and I'm sure that's just a bag from sysco they opened. If you want good seafood, I'd recommend somewhere else.
