Great service

I’ve never had a bad experience coming into this restaurant until this past Sunday. It literally took an hour to bring out the food plus they brought out the wrong plate when the waitress came to our table 2 times to ask if we wanted something different. They ran out of what we originally wanted they still managed to give us the wrong food every time. We asked the waitress for something she would take forever to get to us while other tables asked her for something she got out right away, she never was serving us she had other people helping us when it wasn’t even busy at all she was giving her other tables more attention then she was giving us this was the most worse experience i ever had coming her.

Asked to be seated in bar, that didn't happen and server didn't point out or tell us about the specials. Seems like they wanted us in and out. We felt rushed .

Bottomless soup, salad and breadsticks is the best thing for a quick lunch at Olive garden. The server was super kind and kept our soup full and breadsticks coming. It was great

I was waiting for more than an hour and a half and when I asked the girls that were checking in people they said they bumped me down and another 30 minutes....this was the worst customer service and those girls were not helpful at all....I will never ever eat at this location ever, for their bad customer service and for being unorganized. I was sitting waiting and I can hear the girls not being able to help the customers correctly.

This was my first time at this restaurant in Nampa. Been to the Boise one quite often. The food was great. The service was great, and the restaurant in general was very comfortable.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden. I suspect the waiter was new and I really tried to have compassion on him but when it takes a little less than an hour to even get your food that’s frustrating. My dad didn’t even get you eat his meal, he had to take it home. And no offer at all to try and make it right.

Rosa was an amazing server! She was so sweet, fast, and patient! She was the exact server you would want! Also the food was hot and yummy

Worst bathroom of all time, probably. Terrible atmosphere, worsened by terrible music. Cute waitress, brought us good food. Absurd portions.

Great service, food was good, the breadsticks were hard and cold! I asked for fresh and it was night and day! Problem solved!
