This place should be packed all the time. For some reason every time I go there's only a handful of us there. I get the all you can eat and just tell the chef to make me whatever he wants and it's always fantastic.

Charged extra for using a card which I feel is really low to do when everyone does card. Kinda spendy for the amount of food. I spent $26 for what I got in the picture. I originally wanted a crunchy roll but that was foreign to them. Really not wroth it. Fred meyers sushi is just as good for half the price. Really upset when I eat somewhere and feel taken advantage of.

first time we tried this place it was great! went back tonight for a couple rolls and it was such a disappointment compared to the first time we went! the rolls were super small compared to the first time and didn’t look as fresh either. we probably won’t be returning :(

The owner pulled into a parking spot but doesn’t know how to drive a truck so he backed up and almost hit my friend as we were walking then started cussing us out for being in his parking lot. No wonder there is never business there the business owner is awful.

Went mid afternoon. Staff didn't seem to knowledgeable about the menu on the wall, until after they studied it. The wall menu was wrong, both in price and items no longer available. The cashier, though nice, wasn't paying attention to the transaction, as she entered it incorrectly to where I got more cash in return. It's a good thing I am honest. 😯 It's like she had a million other things on her mind and not present for the important business at hand. Not so impressed with this place. Get your wall menu updated!!

My wife I came to this establishment for date night on a whim. We showed up to this establishment at 7:30, the first thing the server told us was that’s it was going to be a 20 minute wait for rice and the soda machine was down. now im not the most knowledgeable about sushi restaurants but how do you run out of rice. after we waited for 30 minutes we finally got to order our food we both got all you can eat mind you. after an additional 20 minutes we ordered, the food came out about 10 minutes after. now we thought we finally got some food but the fish tasted old and the seaweed was a leathery texture and tasted old as well. We forced ourselves to eat it because we didn’t wanna pay the extra money for not finishing it but i shouldn’t have because i got charged per roll anyways. Also the girl was looking over my shoulder the whole time to make sure i tipped.

Im not usually one to complain that being said , I didn’t say anything to staff. If I could give this place a negative star I would! First off the waitress set down water glasses and said “soda machine down this is all I have” no offer of anything to compensate, then accidentally spilled my water, the waitress looked at me scrambling to clean it up and ignored the issue completely never any offer of assistance at all. At that point we should have got up and left but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Ooooh goodness were we wrong! The sushi (of you can call it that) was by far the worst food I have ever eaten. The avocado was brown (I get it oxidation but cmon’ it’s a restaurant) the sushi was dry and had a god awful smell and a nasty sugar sauce on everything. We ate very little and were ignored by our waitress the rest of the time. Upon payment she tried to add her own tip to the bill but didn’t do anything to earn a tip. Anyone who says this food is good is broken. I will never again visit this establishment. My only regret is not asking for a refund (which was and is totally justified) please, fix these issues and do better!

Update your hours. It was impossible to get into the parking lot because of the divider on 12th. I finally get into it, to find out you’re closed on Mondays like everyone else.
They are always closed when we try to go. It has happened 4 separate times where we go, at different times on different days, only to get there and they are closed. We are within their open time frame, and they are always closed. 1 time there was a note on the door telling us why, and I’m not even including that in the amount of times we’ve been disappointed in this establishment. Great food but not worth the disappointment of showing up just to be slapped in the face with a close sign.

Nampa needs a better sushi restaurant than this. The menu is a mess, listing several different prices for all-you-can eat and sushi rolls. It's not clear what kind of sushi roll you're getting when you order. My table was surprised when several rolls we ordered were fried or cooked. We were also surprised at the end of the meal, when we were charged extra for paying with a credit card.
Better sushi restaurants with better sushi are in Boise and Meridian. Skip this restaurant and make the drive.
